It made #1 on the graphic novel bestseller list...without some political group buying thousands of copies to boost it.
The only thing I don't like about this is the thought of some poor artist having to draw Trump's face so many times.

I had two reactions when I saw the first release yesterday. That my experience with graphic novels was virtually nil, and it was pretty cool, especially with the sound effects. And that they did this thinking, "Well, if I make politics into a comic book, a comic book with sound (!), maybe it will grab the attention of the vast group of people between the never Trumpers and the deplorables.

I've just started it. I read the report earlier this year when it was released and honestly, if you read it and you still think there was no wrong doing you need to ask yourself "What would my reaction be if this report was talking about President Obama or Hillary Clinton?"
Same goes for the impeachment inquiry a couple weeks ago.

thank you for posting this! I'm only just into it, and saw something so very basic, it illustrates the entirety of DT's attitude toward EVERYTHING about his Presidency. I mean, we all know it, but seeing it so *graphically* (pun intended) shows it right out there. Right from the start, he did stuff that was NOT legal / ethical for the President (or President-elect) to do. He runs things exactly the same way he's run his businesses all his life, and these tactics are NOT how one should run a country, or how one should act in political office. He has NO CONCEPT about what's right and what's wrong as it applies to the Presidency and foreign relations. The VERY FIRST glaring examples: -- When President Obama announced sanctions against Russia, Flynn was concerned. -- McFarland told Flynn the President-elect doesn't want things with Russia to heat up. -- Because Trump was concerned, Flynn contacted the Russian Ambassador. NO! You're not the Administration! DT isn't in the WH yet! -- Once the story came out, Trump called Priebus and told him "KILL THE STORY" (just like he had done COUNTLESS times with the Enquirer, about SO MANY PREVIOUS SCANDALS.)^^^ These two events, right here, illustrate the entire DT Presidency in a nutshell: 1) He had NO understanding of what it is to be a statesman (and he didn't want to learn). 2) He didn't understand how to conduct foreign policy (in the country's best interest) and to look at the big picture (and he didn't want to learn). 3) He would NOT change the way he conducted himself in his dealings with people / foreign governments. And the way he did business was to surround himself with sycophants who would do his bidding straight away, most of the time with no questions asked. (even though the way he conducted business was NOT always legal / ethical) These are all reasons why his devoted followers like him, and these same reasons are why I personally think he's been a miserable failure as a President (and as a human being, too, but that's a different thread altogether).
