”I don’t know what report current Director of the FBI Christopher Wray was reading, but it sure wasn’t the one given to me. With that kind of attitude, he will never be able to fix the FBI, which is badly broken despite having some of the greatest men & women working there!”
Newsweek..
”Donald Trump is attacking FBI Director Christopher Wray for not supporting "conspiracy theories" says ex-White House ethics boss”
“A former White House ethics chief has accused President Donald Trump of attacking FBI Director Christopher Wray for not supporting "conspiracy theories" about the intelligence agency's investigation into Trump campaign officials.
Walter Shaub, an ex-director of the Office for Government Ethics, suggested "history books" would note the president's split with the FBI boss following his decision to fire former director James Comey.
He also tweeted "congratulations" to former Russian Ambassador the United States Sergey Kislyak, mockingly suggesting he would become the next FBI director.
"The history books will note that he fired not only an FBI Director but also an Attorney General for allowing an investigation of his campaign," Shaub tweeted. "Now he's attacking another FBI Director for not being supporting of conspiracy theories about that investigation."

”Trump will address 'false' #impeachment charges in Senate trial and expects full exoneration - White House spokesman”
1. Will he give “scripted “ remarks or just rant on or a combination of both?
2. Of course he will not be found guilty in the Senate, he is bribing the Republican Senators with cash.

The only way he read a *different* report is if the report given to trump was written in purple crayon, all in block letters, with pictures. otherwise there'd be no way he'd be reading ANY report.

”As Democrats stand poised to give Trump his biggest policy victory in 2 years, it's important to remember that during the Obama years, Republicans would vote against anything—even bills *they had co-sponsored*—if Obama came out in support of the bills.”
“Barely a year into Obama's presidency, he was pushing a deficit task force that had been championed by Senators Conrad (D) and Gregg (R). The bill failed because six of its Republican co-sponsors....voted against it”
“Similarly, in the span of less than a year in 2013, Marco Rubio went from championing immigration reform to telling the House they shouldn't pass his own bill”

“An incredible day of conflict & compromise.
President Trump gets one of his biggest legislative wins--Democrats reaching a deal to bring his new North American trade pact, USCMCA, to a vote---on the same day that Democrats move to introduce articles of impeachment against him.”
It just shows the “do nothing” Democrats can multi task.

Typical Republicans, they don’t let pesky facts get in the way of the narrative they are selling.

Well they are a “hand out” from someone else. Isn’t that the progressive’s like AOC plan for income inequality? Tax the rich every way possible to pay for these programs? I believe it is. At least be honest about it.

It's not a handout if we're asking them simply to contribute back some of the money we the people allowed them to make through tax loopholes, corporate subsidies, etc. No one - and I mean no one - in this country is entirely self-made. There is always something or someone that gave us a hand up, even if it's just the benefit of clean air to breathe and a decent road to drive to work on. People who become extremely wealthy usually benefitted as well from other systems set up specifically in their favor.

I wonder if the results of the FBI report will again delay the sentencing of Michael Flynn. He is finally suppose to be sentenced on the 18, one year after his original sentencing was scheduled. His newest set of Attorneys have claimed that the case against him was based upon the anti Trump FBI's actions. Seems like that excuse has gone out the window.
I find it ironic that Lavrov is again meeting in the Oval office with dimwit donnie and puppet Pompeo. The very day that articles of Impeachment are announced against him, he again has Lavrov in his office, where he again floats Ukraine conspiracy theories. Meanwhile, Ukraine still hasn't gotten a WH invite. The optics on this are so wrong, But I am sure that Lavrov had to change the batteries on the listening devices.

People who become extremely wealthy usually benefitted as well from other systems set up specifically in their favor. Is it not true that currently when we, the rich, middle class and poor, pay taxes it’s dumped into one big pot from which funds are allocated to fund the different programs both on a Federal and State level. Right? We have been told by the those pushing the two programs AOC mentions above that the middle class and the poor’s taxes are not going to be increased to pay for these two new programs, that funding will come from other sources mainly involving putting higher taxes on corporations and the 1% ers, is that not also correct? Which would make AOC’s statement about not being a handout is at best misleading or at worse a lie. Right. Because to me when one selects a specific group of tax payers to pay for programs , used by all, while excluding all other tax payers from chipping in, then it is a form of a handout. So regardless of the justification for doing it and when you remove all the spin it boils down to “a handout from somebody else”. So be honest about it. On a side note, I don’t have a problem increasing the taxes on big corporations or 1%ers or closing the loopholes in the tax. Ones that allow corporations like Amazon not to pay any taxes. My concerns have to do with paying for big ticket items the progressives are pushing. To rely mostly on the wealthy for paying for these programs is irresponsible because I see it as a narrow unstable revenue stream for programs that affect people’s lives. Aka as a gamble.

From what I understand the WH kept our press out during the beginning of that meeting. They also allowed him a press conference from the State Department where he said that Russia did not interfere with the 2016 election and that the United States has not been able to provide them with proof because it didn’t happen...with zero clapback that I have been able to find. Freaking airing Russian Propoganda from within our State Department. We essentially sponsored it and co-signed it.

My concerns have to do with paying for big ticket items the progressives are pushing. To rely mostly on the wealthy for paying for these programs is irresponsible because I see it as a narrow unstable revenue stream for programs that affect people’s lives. Aka as a gamble. I do not agree that it's a "handout" to ask those who benefit more from our financial systems to contribute more to society. A progressive tax structure like this funded our greatest national accomplishments. Perhaps you're a fan of the flat tax as being more "fair"? If so, you might find more likeminded folks in the libertarian wing of the Republican party. But then you say you don't have a problem increasing taxes on one percenters, and that's exactly who we're talking about here. The astronomically wealthy. So it seems we agree on the solution - perhaps you just misunderstand who would be taxed more under these plans. Every tax revenue stream is a gamble. Things have to be adjusted as markets change. To me, the larger gamble is thinking we can continue to compete in a global economy, or indeed meet our own workforce needs, with an increasingly poor, uneducated and sick population that also has a declining birthrate.
