Welcome to 29-4-29 Day 15 - Sketchy Saturday. I have three similar sketches again for you today. Each sketch has a set of shapes as the background. The Twist: Use 4 main colours for your papers and embellishments. Scoring: You get one point for doing the challenge, and one point for meeting the twist on any project. Take FIVE points every project that meets both the challenge AND the twist. And here are my three sketches and samples, and a link to the PSD files in Dropbox for any Digi scrappers. These LOs were scraplifted from LOs I found on line, then turned into a sketch. Sketch 1: My Example: PSD file: 24-9-24 template 3-1Sketch 2:

I love using shapes in the background so I can use lots of paper and/or patterns. These are great sketches. As always, your takes are beautiful with your eye for color and details. Thanks for the templates, too.

This didn't turn out like I envisioned, but it does have hexagons. Prom Ashley

She is gorgeous and the color of that dress is stunning and looks fabulous on her. The papers you picked totally highlight everything about how beautiful she is. The hexagons look great too!

Doesn't look much like the sketch, but I started with the diamond one for the second page here: bonding over hair by Gramma Dee, on Flickr For the twist, I used purple, blue, peach and black. Hope that counts, AussieMeg!

I too chose the diamond sketch and pulled out my Vicky Boutin pps. But when I saw the circles, I wanted to use them too! So I put the circles into the diamond pattern, then outlined diamonds to make it obvious. layout breakfast secrets by kirstendrew, on Flickr

Linda I really love the look of the diamonds with solid colours instead of patterns - very striking! What a gorgeous colour combination. The banners in the top corner are a great touch too. I've left love in gallery for the other pages.
