Here we are - a holiday for many! - with another recipe challenge created randomly from the February challenges. The first I pulled was to create a 2 page layout. Since I know this is not possible for some, 2 cards of the same sentiment (eg. thank you cards. birthday cards) will suffice! On top of that we have: STARS; ARROWS; "AQUARIUS" theme (I see a lot of water on these pages, or blue!); and JOURNALING STRIPS (or sentiment). My "handy" twist, is to have your pictures reflect somebody doing something - anything! - with their hands. It can be loosely interpreted - like holding a baby would count But pictures of only heads, or posed pictures, will not count for the twist Here is my example. \ layout beachy barbarians by kirstendrew, on Flickr

Another FuN challenge, kitbop! and a fun LO! Lots of action! Think when I get started again--hopefully tomorrow--I will start on your recipe challenges. (Have one done, so far.) Or maybe AussieMeg's sketches. I need something to kickstart the ideas flowing, or I will be stuck in limbo forever trying to decide each little detail.

Another super fun challenge!! Can't wait to get started. I already have the perfect photos in mind, and they are very similar to yours - I might even copy the page design / sketch! I mean, they say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, right?

Here is my LO for this challenge. I really love the rings on your LO kitbop , so I had to copy them. I also really love all the little bits and bobs on your page. I totally would have copied that too, but I had too many photos so not as much room for embellishments. Thanks for a fun challenge!

I used a water brush to make some gold splatters and there's a lot of blue. I hope that's enough for Aquarius. Escape 2

I used white glitter stars as sparkles on snow and ice since I couldn't see how regular stars would fit this challenge. They don't show up well, but they are very sparkly and there are lots of them. Polar PlungePolar Plunge The best I could do was that their hands were helping with the momentum of running and then tightly holding their towels afterward.

Hopefully STARfish count as stars - and I only managed ONE journalling strip...
