If I bit into a bone I would have to spit it out. I can't believe anyone leaves them in on purpose.

They're actually really good for you - loads of calcium, etc. But once you stir everything up and cook the patties, you really don't even notice them. My husband had no idea they were in there until I told him and he didn't believe me until he looked at the can lol

I like the bones too. They are kinda crunchy and not at all like the sharp little bones you find in other fish. Smushed up in the salmon recipe you really don’t notice them. I love salmon in any form.

When you smush up the salmon all the bones get smush. You can’t see really see them. It just looks like bread crumbs. You leave the bones and skin in for the vitamins.
