I refused to have one.
But my kids managed to get a broken arm, a knocked out tooth, and a few sprains and good knocks on the head from using them at their friends houses.
My kids are a bit rough and tumble though - so these were far from the only injuries sustained while growing up.

My kids are tough and rough, but somebody was going to give us one and I said no the risk was too great. We had already spent nearly $25 grand on dance for daughter at 9 years old. And she decided that was going to be her career. No room for any leg damage.
We have a trampoline place here , that she has gone to, but she wasn’t a fan of it.
We took son to gymnastics because he wanted to learn how to flip while tap dancing. He liked to trampoline place.

Nope, I would not have one. My niece was on one just bouncing, not crazy flips or anything. She fell and hit the bar and broke her back. Her HS softball career ended that day.

We loved ours. We got ours the same time as two other neighbors. Within a month one broke a bone and another hit a knee to the tooth and had some dental issues. Both got rid of theirs immediately. My kids are good rule followers. We never let multiple kids on except baby bounces. We never had an injury and had it over 10 years. Depends on your kids and your ability to enforce the rules with kids that come over.

We had one for my kids when they were growing up. They used it for many years and had lots of friends over who used it as well. I was strict with rules and we never had a problem. And that was in the days before nets... after reading the comments here, though, I wouldn’t have bought one. I guess we dodged a bullet.

Had one for years. I don't have many rules, but that was no more than 2 on at once. I don't recommend putting it next to the pool to jump into, or under the garage roof, to jump off of. (this was when I was in my teens, when my son was born, the rules took effect)
I did have a friend break both bones in her arm when she was 17. She wasn't playing nice.
So, with rules that are followed, yes.
