What did they say when you let them know the first order came? They were able to cancel my replacement order before it was mailed. I was glad cause I didn't need a double set or have to bother with mailing it back to them. Good customer service! That's awesome!😁

Yesterday I dealt with layouts that were started but not finished, just so I could put them away and not have them sitting on a shelf. I added embellishments & journaling (mostly dates & names). I may add more embellishments if inspiration strikes, but mojo is failing me.
There are still three pages unfinished sitting on the shelf.

I have so many layouts and mini albums that need journaling. I just need to get on it and do it cause I hate having hang over my head. I don't know why I did that to myself! Now I try and do the journaling as soon as possible.

It's half way into June and my son has moved home, so I lost my staging area for scrap room organization. I made a big dent in the process - maybe 1/4 of what needs to be done, and I found the floor! But now my son's furniture and belongings are filling up my living room until we find a place for them or until he gets a job someplace and moves.
I have been busy taking photos and getting them printed. I have 2 packs waiting to be picked up at Walgreens. It has been 3 months since I have been able to scrap and the photos are piling up and overwhelming me. I am trying to organize them into page protectors.
At least this board keeps me in touch with my scrappy side.

myboysnme I found it well worth the cost to pay for a storage unit when DD moved home. She brought her bed and personal items in the house. Everything else went to storage.

Yeah, that's going in my cart, too! When my grandson was about 3, he looked around my kitchen, while eating breakfast, and said "Grandma, you have a lot of chickens!" My previous décor was rooster wallpaper border and a lot of chickens. I'm down to 2 glass chickens on my table, LOL. msliz Did you see the sheet of tags paper? It is genius. The B side is journaling spots. I love that whole collection.

If they were white instead of off white, they would be in my cart too. But I'm thinking about stealing the idea though and making a bunch of my own 2 tone tags. It's a great way to use up scraps!

Can you tell me the brand, and also the brand for the tags! Thanks! I was going a little quarantine crazy and decided I needed a drive, so I placed an order at Pine City Scrapbooking Company and did their no-contact pickup. It was very very satisfying. For me it is about a 40 min drive each way, so long enough to get out of the house, but not like driving to Duluth, lol. I picked up about anything that had to do with bees, as I finally broke down and ordered the HoneyBee set from Stampin' Up. I had wanted it for months and when I finally went to order it, it had retired! So I got it off Ebay. Worth every penny, I love it. (birthday card for my mom)

@kendramage It is Simple Stories Apron Strings. I think the whole collection is awesome. I usually don't care for cream tones, but I love this.

I love it....I may have to grab the 6x8 pad, I am really liking how they are starting to include those with some collections.

Simple Stories twists my arm again and again. I'd have to get two because the cut aparts, which I don't usually care for, are just too cute. The cheese board. I have no use for a cheese board but I want it! Just when I thought I'd never do a long wait pre-order again...

Have stowed the pages I put together in the past few weeks into their albums.
I have also finished extricating the last page about my oldest dgd from my albums. Have already taken the first half of them in to the printer. Will need to box these latest pages up and take them in as well. Then when the printing is complete, I will need to replace all those pages into the books where they belong. (Have a note on the back of each to say where it came from) Meanwhile I need to scrap the grad photos her mom texted me this past week and create a title page so I can finish the scrapbook I promised her for her grad gift. Oh and some grad photos will definitely be on my June 2021 family calendar page.

I've not really scrapped in awhile.
But I'm still taking photos, and jotting down journaling to use when my mojo comes back.
Especially for my pandemic layouts, I find it's important to journal/write down thoughts often & date them, because things change so quickly and so often.
My pandemic album is definitely therapeutic for me, even though it's not all good news. It's good to get it out, and have an outlet for my feelings.

In the middle of writing a message in a card I made, my gel pen quit working. I went to Google and responses suggested running it under hot water. It worked !

I hate when something like that happens. I’ve started stamping or printing my inside sentiments first because I’d get done with a beautiful card and the mess up the inside and have to cut the front off.

I just cut a bunch of 4"x5.25" copy paper I write my message on this and than glue it or washi tape it inside the card. If I use washi tape the card could be reused.

Summer is going by so fast. I'm taking photos, but have had zero time to scrapbook. It's also hard with a HS graduate, a college kid and their friends around often. The big kids kinda take over the upstairs and my scrapbook room is nearby.
