Lol I'm gonna get flamed for this one I'm sure.....but Chrissy Tiegen. Her recipes are great and she just cracks me up. 😁
ETA: I am not alone in my Chrissy love. That teaches me not to skip reading all the comments. 🙂

Ina Garten, Rene Drummond and Trisha Yearwood are my favorites to watch on tv. Ina’s recipes are so good! Some of Ree’s are old familiar recipes my mom made years ago so I appreciate the reminder and Ree’s take on them. Some of Trisha’s recipes have been hit or miss for me, too, but others we’ve really enjoyed.

Vivian Howard (A Chef's Life on PBS). I don't know what it is about her, I will watch reruns no matter how many times I've seen an episode. I don't even find what she cooks all that appealing sometimes. I guess it's the whole work/life balance (or imbalance) that she isn't afraid to let us see.

Yes, Ina is great, and so are her cookbooks! Her turkey meatloaf and lasagna recipes are my go tos.
I watch cooking shows on PBS now since Food Network has cut them back so hard. I love, love, love Lidia Bastianich. She is so relaxing to watch and everything she makes looks amazing. And I love it when she has her elderly mother on at the end of some shows. I have one of her cookbooks but haven't tried anything yet.
Jamie Oliver has a couple of shows that are a delight to the senses, they're so beautifully lit and shot. The first one was 5-ingredient dishes, and now there's one with vegetable dishes. I just love his enthusiasm. I have the cookbook that goes with the first show but cancer got in the way of my trying anything. However, I got my brother hooked on the show when he came and stayed with me in February, and he and his family have made quite a few of the recipes and loved them.

Bobby Flay is a favorite of mine. We have similar cooking styles and flavor profiles that I just liked his combinations. Ree Drummond, for the simple fact she cooks for a family and isn’t fancy. Back in the day it was also Rachel Ray. When my kids were younger and I had no time to cook, she really taught me many shortcuts and ideas with her 30 minute meals. I know the show is back, but it has a different vibe and I have more time now. I still like her foods, but I will make them more evolved and more time to develop flavors. I learned a TON from 30 Minute Meals maybe 15-20 years ago. (How can it be that long??) Just watching her cooking process helped me get comfortable in my own kitchen. And her sloppy joe recipe has made me renowned in my family, lol.

My mom and I have made quite a few recipes from Ina and Ree. I enjoy watching Alex Guarnaschelli, Aarti Sequiera and Damaris Phillips -- I feel like I learn something every time I watch them. I have and love Johnny Iuzzini's cookbook, Sugar Rush. I love his chocolate chip cookie recipe, and I really want to try his brioche recipe, but I can't find fresh yeast around here. Edited to add: Thanks for the reminder on Chrissy Teigen, ~summer~ ! I have both of her cookbooks. I loved Aarti Party when it was on. Thanks for reminding me of her! One celeb that hasn't been mentioned isn't a chef but I enjoy her show. Valerie Bertinelli seems like such a genuinely nice person. One of my favorite recipes of all time is a French Potato Salad by Ina Garten. I don't enjoy watching her show though.

i'm not into "celebrity" cooks but i do miss Paula Deen. her recipes (albeit butter fueled) were simple and easy. Nancy Fuller is a nice substitute to Paula.

I don't think she's going to be the host, though, maybe more of a judge/mentor? Anyway, she couldn't give many details about the new show, but I'm looking forward to seeing what it'll be!

Many of the chefs already mentioned. I also like Julia Collin from America’s Test Kitchen, and Melissa d’Arabian - I make quite a few of her recipes.

I'm a plain picky eater. I have no idea who any of the celebrity chefs are. Except for the Pioneer woman, and that's only because I've read about her on this message board.

It depends on what is meant by favourite. Favourites to watch on cooking shows are Jamie Oliver, Gordon Ramsay (not the reality TV, but actual shows where he cooks) & Heston Blumenthal. Gordon cooks the type of food I'd most like to eat in a restaurant, Jamie is entertaining to watch, but I often don't want to eat what he's made.
When it comes to following recipes, the one I use the most is an Australian lady called Donna Hay, I have several of her recipes in regular rotation.

I love watching Jamie Oliver, and I have a number of his books. I love Luke Nguyen's TV show (Australian chef). And Anthony Bourdain was another favourite, although his was more of a travel/eating show rather than cooking. Locally, there are a few cooks who I adore, and will watch on TV / Facebook - Marion Grasby, Anna Gare and Maggie Beer. When it comes to following recipes, the one I use the most is an Australian lady called Donna Hay, I have several of her recipes in regular rotation. DD and I used to love watching her show on Foxtel, and was really excited when the new season started. But I got one episode in and that was enough. I think she's trying to be Nigella, acting all sexy and coquettish - it was unbearable! Love her food though, and have some of her books. Her Lemon & Yoghurt cake is the most cooked cake at both my work and home!

I am a very unadventurous cook but, more than any other type of thing, I love cooking shows on TV. My favourites are the competition ones, Top Chef and Masterchef, both the American and Canadian versions. Right now I’m watching a British series on Netflix, The Big Family Cooking Showdown. It’s a cute series, though I would never actually cook any of the things that the families are making.
My favourite celebrity chef to watch is Gordon Ramsay - to the point and no nonsense. Ina is too soft spoken; she lulls me into a deep sleep.

I think she's trying to be Nigella, acting all sexy and coquettish - it was unbearable! I've never seen any of her shows...but that would drive me crazy. I used to subscribe to her magazine and it was always so beautiful to look through. I can't watch Nigella at all, not because I have anything against her...she's probably a very nice lady, but there's something about her speech and her mannerisms that make me react, I get an uncomfortable feeling and have to look away. I don't like watching Anna Gare either. I haven't made DH's lemon & yogurt cake, will have to look it up & give it a try. My most cooked recipe of hers is a chicken & chorizo soup with lentils.

omg girl you and me both! Love him! His shows are always so fun and interesting. Let alone the fab menus. I have his cookbooks and they are dirty and dog eared from use. I like Ina okay, I have a one of her cookbooks but I don't think I've ever made one recipe from it. She and her friends are all just like her and Jeffrey too. Very polite. I love Pioneer Woman and I record all her shows. She's a hoot and I enjoy watching life on the ranch. I've been following her since the early days of her blog. Valerie Bertinelli I really enjoy. Maybe because she's in So Cal and the setting and her casual vibe with her friends I relate to more? I like the majority of the recipes she cooks. Trisha Yearwood I rarely seem to be interested in anything she cooks. I love me some Alton Brown, always have. I agree his YT quarrantine videos are a hoot! I miss Tyler Florence a lot too. Rachel Ray started her show up again and she is such a good teacher. Her recipes are hit or miss for me but I always pick up a tip or two from her about efficiency in the kitchen. The one I thought I'd like is the young mom who lives on the farm with her husband and baby. Yeh? I can't get into her recipes at all and stopped taping her show. I also was kind of horrified by the Netflix cooking show by what is that comedian's name? She doesn't cook and her husband is teaching her. Only the first few episodes I watched her kitchen and her kitchen floor were so dirty I grossed out and stopped watching. Amy. Amy something.

I like Jamie Oliver, both his recipes and his various shows. His chocolate mousse recipe with sesame snaps is my most favorite recipe ever. I have always loved cooking shows, when I was 4 or 5 I watched Julia Child on PBS, she is the gold standard to me!

I LOVE Michael Symon! He’s tasty!
Gordon Ramsey too! I love him!
Jet Tila is a good chef as well,
Amanda Freitag is great as is Damaris and Aarti,
There are a few I can’t stand tho! Alex Fartanelli (my kids gave her this name) and Greenspan, They bug me!
We watch Guys Ranch Kitchen and I really enjoy the people he has on. Not a fan of him but I like this chefs.

Amy Schumer She is an acquired taste, no pun intended. I enjoy her show, and I love Chrissy and Tyler as well. But I don't really cook. I just like some of the shows.

Donna Hay. Discovered her on our trip to Sydney. Love her magazines, books and recipes. I find her food clean and balanced. Pati Jinich (PBS) - her recipes are spot on. Rick Bayles, Ina Garten.
Rachel Ray is a great teacher but her recipes are not great for us. Alton Brown is super interesting, but his recipes always have 1,000 steps. Giada - sometimes has winners that we cook again and again. Marcela Valladolid - i cal always find simething good to try.

You can’t beat Ina. Her recipes are magical, yet simple. She completely changed my cooking style since I got her first book as a gift over 20 years ago.
I LOVE Gordon Ramsey. I think his recipes look great, even though I don’t cook them much. But, I love his personality and dedication to perfection.
I also love Bobby Flay and Tyler Florence. I cook both of their recipes often.
I like Ree fine. I feel like her recipes are a big hit, or just “meh,” about equally.
I also love Lidia B. She reminds me of my Italian grandmother that I loved so much. She is confident, unfussy, authentic, and she loves food! My daughter shares her name/spelling, so she feels like a part of the family.
I need to dig in to Alice Waters...
