I have a craft room and I keep the majority of my paper in a 14 foot closet in an extra bedroom downstairs.

My husband and I use a small area off of our kitchen as our 'office' - it's supposed to be an area for a kitchen table, etc - but we share it. I use half and he uses the other. I'm slowly expanding into his space LOL. I work from home and my WFH desk is in our bedroom as I didn't like WFH in my craft space.

My craft space is in what would be the dining room, but since it’s an open concept space there’s only a couple of walls. One wall acts as the “hallway” between the living room and the family room where we have our dining table. All the storage in the room is by way of furniture. I’m able to fit most things in this space, but do have a couple boxes of “overflow” in the garage. I tend to not buy things if my designated space for that type of item is full. It forces me to use my stuff or purge as needed.

In my one-bedroom apartment, I kept all my supplies in the living room area. Now, I have a 2-bedroom, and I am currently using the second room as a work-from-home office and scrap room. The closet is holding all of my supplies and it feels so luxurious to have my stuff put away and not out!

We’ve lived in a lot of houses over the years. Sometimes it’s a spare room, or the bonus room, often times it was the basement. In the past decade, now that the kids are older/adults and I didn’t have to worry about little fingers getting into things, it’s been the formal living room and/or dining room. I like that the best because I can work while making dinner or being with the family. DH is only home for a few hours before bed and I try to be around him then.

My craft/computer area is in the nook at the top of the stairs. I like it because I get a lot of natural light and am in a good spot to be able to hear ds and keep an eye on him.
On one wall is my scrap table set up with on wal shelves. On the opposite wall is my computer/photo desk.
I can swivel my chair between the two.

We have a small downstairs bedroom that was supposed to be my husband’s office, but it happens to be the space in the whole house that is a dead zone for cell service, so it just wasn’t working for him. He set up a corner of our bedroom upstairs for his WFH area, and I took over the downstairs room. Score! It has doubled as a homeschool room since last spring as well.
I have a Kalax in the closet where the majority of my supplies are kept, and I scrap at a smallish (bar height) table & large counter height kitchen island. It’s not stylish, but super functional. I’m really happy with the setup.

I am blessed to have had a scrapbook space at each of the places where we have lived. When the kids were little it was in the dining room, but DH installed shelving/cabinets so I could have storage. At our next house I had a great room with a large closet, but as our DD got older, she clearly needed more closet space, so I swapped rooms with her. Our house now (been in it two years) has a great space for me to craft and work from home. I love it! Beautiful views from my window, we fit out my closet with a slat wall to store my paper and other storage for my cross stitch addiction. My sweet DH replaced all of my furniture and desk when we moved into this house.

When I first started scrapbooking, I worked at my dining table and split my supplies between a dining room cabinet and my pantry-turned-office.
In the next house, I had my own tiny scrap room in the basement.
In our present house I share craft space with DD18 in an attic loft. We also store luggage, sleeping bags, a trampoline, and old toys up there. It's kind of a mess.

Supplies are in the living room. I scrap in there at a card table or at the kitchen table depending on what TV I am watching. I can see the family room TV from the kitchen.

I have an office (work from home) and it’s 30% work space and 70% craft room all my scrapping supplies are in there I have the same setup. The bad thing about it for me is since I'm in there all day working, I'm so inclined/inspired to want to create spend time creating.

We just bought a new house, so setting up my craft room is in progress, but eventually it will all be unpacked and organized in there.

My craft room is one of the spare bedrooms in our house. I also currently work from home so my work computer is set up in there as well. The only issue I'm having is that because I'm in here working all day I sometimes don't want to be in here crafting because I feel like I spend all of my time in this one room. On the plus side, I'm sometimes able to sneak in a bit of crafty time during the day when I get a break I have a desk for my computer and my craft table is an Ikea desk top on top of 2 Kallax units so I do have the spaces separated.

I have a small room designated for scrapping, and a few years ago had a kitchen cabinet designer set it up for my storage and scrapping needs. A few of the unique things they were able to do for me:
*A wall and corner unit designed as a pantry unit. Large bottom corner for all my Christmas crafting supplies; shelves for stamps and embellishments and...
*Four drawers that are deep enough to store cs and papers vertically. I sort cs by colour and papers by theme.
*A wide shallow drawer for my tools. I covered a shallow Costco box with pp and slid it into the drawer. I keep my essential tools in that box and when I go to a crop I can simply slide the box out of the drawer and I am ready to go.
*A hutch above one of my work counters to store embossing powders, glitter, enamel dots & gems, and other small items that I can just reach up and grab.
In addition to what they built for me, I have a butler's cart for my Vagabond. It has a drawer for the plates etc and shelves for tubs of folders. On it I have a custom made cube fitted with trays with magnet sheets on both sides. I use that for die storage.
Lots of storage solutions. All I need now is a Shoemakers' Helper Elf to put away all my stuff where it belongs...

I have a small scrapbook room where about 65% of my supplies are. The rest of my supplies are anywhere and everywhere in a chaotic unorganized mess.

I have a scrapbook room for the majority of my actively used supplies, organized in the same space. However, there isn't a closet in that space, so I have bulk supplies like paper & extra albums on a kallax shelf in a big walk in closet. I like the fact that I can "shop" that closet storage, when I need something.
I'd ultimately like to have everything together but its nice to have it out of sight too.

My space is in the finished basement (32’x12’) along with sofas and a TV, two desks. It’s also my work space. I have my stash in a couple Kallax units. I like it, I can leave stuff out and no one sees it but me. 😃

When I first started scrapbooking I was on a door with 2x4 legs in our unfinished basement. When we moved here I got the smallest bedroom, so 8x10 maybe. Since then there have been many life changes. When my husband passed away, I ended up with both our kids living with me so my craft stuff moved into my bedroom. I live alone now, but keep 1 room for a toy/bedroom for the grand kids and 1 is empty. I see my elderly Dad moving in at some point so I am not moving my stuff to that room. I also craft in my room. I have.n IKEA table and Kalax, and a tall Alex drawer unit to store stuff!

Yes, the desk where I make stuff is also where I store all my stuff - in the dining room in the middle of the house. I have a cart and a couple of sideboard drawers but it’s all right there. Although tbh nothing in this house is more than 20 steps away from that spot anyway except the cellar/basement.

Currently a spare bedroom on the second floor is my craft room. We are moving to a new house soon and I haven’t decided where I will go with my stuff yet.

Like some of you, I have a dedicated room (with a large walk-in closet & bath en suite) where I both store supplies & exclusively scrap.

When we purchased this home 11 years ago I claimed the spare room off the living room as my craft space. It is a really large home, and my mom counseled me to NOT make this room a guest room. It would be too convenient for guests to stay too long. It is right around the corner from the kitchen so I can hear my timers go off when cooking, etc. The other option was an open room that was also the entry to the house from the garage. We call that the playroom. Taking this room was the BEST decision ever. It does become the dumping ground upon occasion, and the fact that I can close the door . . . means it gets messier than I like. It is due for a general cleaning. I reorganized just over 2 years ago and then just a few months later emptied it and had it painted. (The entire home was repainted, interior and exterior). I love my space and that fact that I can listen to what DH & DS are watching OR not. The cat likes to join me, and occasionally one of the dogs. I do papercrafts in my craft cave. When I do an occasional sewing project, I move the sewing machine to the dining room table
Don't feel bad for DH though . . . he has about 650 ft sq above the garage for building and displaying models, storing his magazines etc. He also has two large shops for all of his "stuff" like an A-cat foiling catamaran, our motor home, a small plane he plans to build some day and so on.
DH is shopping for a home elsewhere in the country, midwest maybe? On a lake . . . every time he shows me a home on zillow I think, "where will my craft space be?"

My husband and I love looking at houses on Realtor. I always have the same thought. Especially since we're in a one bedroom right now. I'd love to have a room dedicated to just scrapbooking/crafting, and I know he'd love his own space for his hobbies as well. One day.

My space is our upstairs loft. I claimed it right away when we first saw the floor plan for our new house years ago. I can stand at my work table and look outside through the downstairs picture windows. There is a another work space in my loft under a large window. I can work and look outside as well. It’s a cheery space and the perfect spot to create. All of my things are in this room. Supplies are in two Kallax units or Pax cabinets from IKEA. I just painted the walls a soft gray and will be adding some white shelving to display framed pages I created. It’s truly my happy place!

I do now, but before we moved, my supplies were squirreled all over the house, anywhere I could fit some. I scrapbooked with my friends at the LSS mostly back then, and after the LSS closed, we got a free room at the library 2x/month. When I did scrapbook at home, I had to set up a small, portable table, with my crop bag next to it. I had to take it down and put everything away when done. We lived in a small, 3 bedroom home. After DD moved out, then I took over her room and scrapbooked in there.
It’s nicer having my own craft room, but I learned that you can craft almost anywhere, even when space is minimal.
