same! I got off to a bad start because I thought the example applied to today's word. Silly me. I did get it in six. Fun. Would like to do more than one a day as well. Thanks for introducing me to this game zima ~ Same. It took me two tries to catch on, but I ended up getting it by the end. Is this a board game too? I seem to remember a dice game called Wordle, but never played it. Thank you zima !!! Love it!

I’ve never seen this before, but really enjoyed it. It sounds (without looking at it) like the TV show Lingo?

I think I'm going to lose interest in this game pretty quickly because the one-per-day thing. I just did today's, so now I have to wait till tomorrow? lol. I'm sure I'll end up forgetting about it eventually since once per day isn't enough to make it stay in my brain. I wonder if there's anything else similar in the app store? I'm going to check in a minute.

I wonder if there's anything else similar in the app store? I'm going to check in a minute. This morning I ran across this article - 6 Games to Kill Time Between Rounds. I haven't checked out the games yet, but the one by the creators of Exploding Kittens has piqued my interest.

Done for the day! (I lucked out with this one and had all but the last letter - in the right order - in my second guess)

I've been playing for a few days but the fact that you have to wait so many hours between goes does make it very likely that I will forget to play every day. I love this kind of game though. Reminds me of mastermind which I used to love playing with my brother when we were kids.

It is timely that this came up. DS and I decided to play some boardgames. So he grabbed his Switch for us to play on. 😂
Anyway, after other games we came upon "Hits and Blows" which is basically digital Mastermind, we found out. We had the most fun with that one.
I remember "Mastermind" being a game back in the day but I never got or played it. It didn't sound like something I would be interested in. I think I was envisioning a Risk type game or something. Oh, well. Now I know what I was missing. Fun!
I too wish it (wordle) was more than a one a day. Today's I got in 3. Yesterday's, my first game, I got in 4. Or 5??? I'll have to look

I got it in 5 tries. Is there an app, or do you just go to the link everyday? I was wondering the same. Right now I’m finding the link in an Apple News article each day.

Love word puzzles so have now added Wordle to my daily Sun crossword and codeword book puzzles. Thanks for the heads up as I hadn't heard of this game.

I’ve been playing for the last few days. Got today's on the second try. But it took me a couple days to really think through how it works.

Took my all 6 tries to get today's puzzle, which was frustrating, but helped me refine strategy for future games.
The one puzzle per day with a little "win" each is actually good for me. I'm not an internet/phone game person generally and don't like games where you have to keep playing and playing to reach higher levels. This is a good speed for me.

Thank you for sharing! It took me 6 tries yesterday but just 4 today. I think Merge is right about refining strategies.

I've gotten them all over the last 3 days since trying it but DH always gets it in one less guess than I do. Today took me 5 guesses. 😡
(He always beats me at Wheel Of Fortune, too)

Today's was tougher for me. Got it in 6 (5 if I hadn't hit enter in error while I was still pondering things one try)
It's fun though, I like.

I am doing Wordle2. For unknown reason it won't let me make the last 4 letter word. No matter what, it won't accept the drag of the line to connect. 😬

Hello Wordl is the same as Wordl but the number of letters can be changed and you can replay as much as you want. foldr.moe/hello-wordl/I played Wordl today and yesterday and got the words but my brain hurt!
