AussieMeg so festive! Yah, it's light until late at Christmastime in Australia, so I can see why most would forgo lights. Your page is pretty. Of course I love the Christmas lights border!

joyfulnana Lovely page! I'm so glad you got a chance to capture the special light displays. I enjoyed your festive touches. The twist is just to use yellow or orange and I see some on one of your bulb decorations - I would totally count it for the twist.

Here is my sunset page for this challenge:  There Goes the Sun by Wendy M, on Flickr This one took some time to come together, especially since it's out of my usual comfort zone (more freewheeling than I usually can manage, plus a much busier background than I usually use, LOL). I knew I wanted to depict the sun "rays" somehow, to echo the subtle sun lines in the background pp. But I was stumped with how I wanted to make that happen. I just kept playing around with it until I finally decided to pull in some additional colors and the design came out of that. Yellow subshine & rays for the twist. |

scrappinwithoutpeas your playing around turned out great! Your ray embellishment is an eye catcher in lovely colors. I am liking the title too, and best of all are the beautiful photos of beautiful nature.
