Any more offers? Has it sold yet? Not yet ... sigh! I am so used to getting the house ready to show every morning it isn't even a big deal anymore ... it helps that I live here alone with no pets. Sitting at my girlfriends place or at Starbucks every evening at dinner time is getting old though.

Very pretty house! Both times that we have sold homes, we did minor fix ups and clean ups and I've always wondered, "Why are we doing this crap for other people to buy it, but we wouldn't do it for OURSELVES to live here?"
Best wished on getting it sold. It looks great!

Very nice home - so sorry you've had to go through all the showings. My dd was very fortunate. In late July her house in Wisconsin went online with photos on a Monday and then had an open house the following weekend. They showed the house 42 times and had several offers. They accepted an offer the Monday after the weekend open house. The offer was considerably over asking. I was impressed by the way their agent handled everything so quickly for them. Having to keep the house clean for showings would have been awful for her as she has 3 kids and two dogs.
