Oldest car is mine, a 2015 Lexus GX I’ve had for just over 8 years. Current mileage is 39,900. Prior to that I drove a Ford Expedition for 12 years. Mileage when I traded it was just 127,000. DH says I drive so little that I should just sell the car and take Uber

1995 T-100 pickup (work truck with a dead battery at the moment) with 250,000
2005 Sequoia (daily driver/boat tower) with 168,000
2012 Charger (daily driver/trip car) with 165,000
We are goi g to need to be buying new vehicles in the next few years. I put 20,000/yr on my vehicle and DH is driving more since we moved the kids from the district I teach in to our home district and he’s a SAHD so he does the pick up and drop off. We also drive 90 milesx4 days a week for gymnastics.

Our oldest is a 2016. It has over 100,000. Mine is 2017 with 45,000 miles. One of us drives a lot more than the other.

Don't know its exact mileage, (it's since glitched, maybe 150k?). We have the vehicle (Land Rover Discovery 1997) that we brought DS home from the hospital. It's DS's vehicle when he's from school. DS loves it- it's cooler than a same vintage Toyota or Honda. I think we'd be drawn and quartered if we replaced it.

I had a 2007 Toyota Sienna I passed down to my youngest son with 280,000 kms on it. He is quite happy to drive it. That van is unstoppable. I replaced the Sienna with a used 2017 vehicle that had a bad, awful day in March 2022 and now I am driving a 2022 Jeep. I didn't really want to replace my vehicle but that is just the way things worked out. And I do love some of the features on new vehicle. My DH and I tend to keep our vehicles a long time. He had a truck from 2003 to 2017 and replaced it because we wanted to buy a vehicle for him that would be paid off before retirement and still have years to drive left when he retires.

We also have a 1986 Shelby GLHS and a 1989 LeBaron convertible. The Shelby is a limited edition and the LeBaron is for fun. Neither of them are daily drivers.

Both my daughters drive late 90s Hondas- a civic and an accord. They bother have 200Kish miles and will drive them until the die or decide to finance their own. They are fun to drive- like little go karts 😆

I have a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek that I’m just finishing paying off. It has <30k miles. I will keep it for 10 years if possible. I think buying new cars too often is a waste of money.

1995 Nissan Single cab truck. Not sure the mileage. Probably over 400,000. My Dad used to drive it to and from work (50 ish miles round trip) for 19 years. He also used it a lot for moving twice.
He was 'known' for the truck in the town we lived in prior to current one.

we have a 2016 subaru outback with 100,000 miles and a 2017 subaru imprezza with 70,000. but our friend is still driving our 2005 mini cooper s that we gave him.. right now, it needs a lot of repairs so I don't know if he'll keep it. we tend to keep cars 5-10 yrs.

It's just me and my car is a 2007, it has about 137,000 miles on it. I'd really like to get a new car but the prices are just insane anymore.

2007 Ford Focus under 4,000 miles! So, I need to hear more. That's really low mileage for a 2007 vehicle. Do you mind telling us how that came about?

My Cherokee is a 1994, has about 330,000 miles. Starts and runs but we currently have it parked for needed repairs. But it is drivable.
My daily is a 2000 Camry with 240,000 miles.

The oldest vehicle we have at the moment is a 2019 Buick regal with barely over 31,000. We just rolled it over the 30,000 mile mark this year. We did have a 2006 GMC Sierra that was driven anytime we left the home. It had over 150,000 miles. It hurt both of our hearts when that truck bite the dust

Ours in a 2022 Tucson. It has around 5,000 miles on it. We got it in Nov. 2021. We went down to one car since mine was just sitting in the garage. I put about 1,000 miles on it in 1.5 years. We don't drive very much. If we are making longer trips, we usually fly.

My daughter drives the oldest car in our house. It's a 2012 Nissan Versa standard transmission base model. I bought it new in 2012, drove it for 5 years as I paid it off, and then gave it to her in 2017 when she graduated from high school to be her car. (Convincing her to learn to drive a stick was fun, but that's another story, lol.) It still runs like a champ, and as long as she maintains it, it should keep on going for a good long time.
DH drives a 2012 also - a Kia Optima. And he'll probably keep it for at least a few more years until I pay off my car. I currently drive a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. I will most likely keep it for at least 10 years. Neither of us likes the idea of having two car payments in the household at the same time.

I have a 2013 Ford Edge with 122,000 miles on it. I think it has a lot of years left in it.
I kept my late DH's 2018 Tahoe because it has 4 wheel drive. It's been great to have 2 cars for when my DS or DDIL visit. They no longer have to rent a car or leave me without a car. Also, my grandson will turn 16 in 16 months, so then he can drive himself to and from school.

All our cars are old! My first ride is a 2005 Honda Pilot; it has approx. 180,000 miles on it. My second ride used to be our daughters' car; it is a 2011 Honda Fit and it has approx. 75,000 miles on it. My husband's car is a 2009 Honda CRV with approx. 170,000 miles on it. All these cars work well; have never required more than routine maintenance and an occasional jump start if not driven for a while.
I love not having a car payment and the insurance is cheaper since we don't have full coverage on any of them.

2015 Acura MDX with a lot of miles on it. Got to be approaching 200K - it traveled a LOT. It's still in good shape. Dinks and dents but that's about it.
