Only about never.. once and awhile maybe something is blown into our yard or a very occasional thing... when we had neighbors that smoked their butts did end up in our yard.. drove me nuts. I started picking them up and tossing into the bed of their truck. Thankfully they moved.

Not much any more. But the duplex across the street from us is a rental. Last summer anytime the kid or his friends would show up they would empty all their garbage in our front yard. I got it on video and called the city as there were numerous issues with those renters. They finally ended up getting evicted from all the issues.

We live in the country and our house is up on a hill, so the only 'trash' I find are the peanut shells from the ones I throw out for the squirrels, chipmunks and blue jays.

A few times a week we will find a chip bag, a piece of homework, a water bottle, etc.
We live directly across the street from a middle school. Down at the end of the block in one direction is the elementary school. The other end of the block and around the corner is the high school. So kids of all ages are walking past our house daily.
I am actually surprised it isn't more that I am finding.

Every day. I live on a state highway and people just toss trash out the window as they drive along. I pick up drink cups, hamburger wrappers, empty Gatorade bottles, soda cans, plastic shopping bags, random pieces of paper, and the occasional single shoe.
A man who lived on the adjacent street used to walk up and down the road with a grabber thing and a bucket every couple of days. He kept the roadside clean. But he moved and I really miss him.

We have a half acre lot and live on the side of mountain. It can be windy and we have bears. Lots of bears. That combination of things can produce some litter. We rarely have litter that looks like someone tossed in our yard though. I blame the bears. Rude suckers.

We live rurally so the only litter we generally have is our own if it's particularly windy or if a critter manages to get into the garbage. Raccoons are particularly crafty. We had one that kept getting into our garbage cans so DH bungee corded the lids on. The next morning, he caught the raccoon with the trash can dragged out on it's side into the middle of the yard. The raccoon was on his back with his hands and feet pulling on the lid as hard as he could trying to get it off. The bungee cord held tight though. That was one pissed off raccoon. 😂

Although an eagle dropped a salmon a few days ago. Rude. He came back and got it though 😜

Every.single.day! We live near the beach and finally the town has gone to zoned parking which helped a lot because the out of towners would empty their coolers (trash and all) on my lawn (I am on the corner). Dirty diapers, nips, cigarette butts....easter baskets in August.
We are out their every day picking it up because I feel like I am living in a trash can if I don't.

One day an osprey did drop a 12" long fish in the front yard though. It was so big I took out a ruler with me to line up next to it when I took a photo of it. This osprey didn't come back to get his/her fish though. Just left it there. Very rude.
