This type of platform doesn't work for me, so I don't sign up for them. There are too many sessions happening on each day, and I work, so I end up getting very frustrated if I can't catch the sessions that I really want to see. I also find many of the instructors aren't good teachers. The only VIP ticket I've purchased is the Holiday Cricut Craftfest, which was last year. I think that was worth it, since I got it for a good price, and I liked more than half of the sessions. Their platform must work for a lot of people, though, because I'm seeing more and more people and companies hosting them. I got an email about an organizational "summit" this morning from Justine Hovey and thought it was waaaay too early to be doing another summit, thinking it was the crafty organizing one. But no, it's the really big Organizing HQ one and she's talking about why you don't need a DreamBox like she has. I get a little overwhelmed with the card summit but this one is about 5 days long and there are 100 "classes"! A lot of people I follow in the clean/declutter/organize YT world are presenting so I might sign up for free the day before it starts. I'm pretty sure its on weekdays in September though, which is clearly not going to work well for most people with jobs. Maybe they're trying to appeal to the SAHM/mompreneur market and figure others can buy a VIP pass if they're interested.

100 Classes??? Yikes. I did get the email from her but deleted it without reading because I assumed it was just another organizing summit like the last one, and I didn't really get much out of that. During the week won't work for me, but maybe I can watch a few of the videos at night - if it's free I'll sign up, probably - good idea to just sign up the day before, that must eliminate a lot of emails.

Yup, that's my strategy! Here are the speakers and topics. thegetorganizedhq.com/gohqv2023-speakers/There are some that look interesting to me but I'm going to go through and tally how many I will actually watch. I can probably get similar content on their YT channels anyway, so if someone has an interesting topic I might check their YT to see if I actually like their presentation style. There's a little more discussion about it on this thread 2peasrefugees.boards.net/thread/136973/crafty-organizing-decluttering?page=4&scrollTo=3984875
