My 9 month old twin grandsons laugh. Books. My new glasses. Those laughs must be priceless! I feel that way about our one and only 9 month old granddaughter's laugh and giggle.

I enjoy it too but sometimes they're specifically American things and they catch me out! It can be a maddening game. Sometimes one of them is based on something that I just do not know-like cereals. 🤷♀️

I guess we can't know everything

Going to the farmers market and just picking out any random vegetables thanks to inspiration from that show "Cooking in France" (I don't normally watch tv but this show is great
I was just at a wine and wool festival this past weekend and I was able to find pooling yarn. I have been on the lookout for this type of dye. The main color is cream with charcoal flecks and the contrasting (pooling) color is turquoise. I can't wait to get started with it.
The pretty cardinal that keeps visiting my backyard when I'm outside. Every time he comes I talk to Esther. I know it sounds stupid, but I feel like it is her spirit.

1. My new purse by a young upcoming designer in Ft. Worth named Alara. Every time I carry it, I get stopped by strangers who ask me where I got it. Purse2. My new favorite nonalcoholic summer drink: Milo’s unsweetened tea w/ just a splash of Simply Lemonade to add a tiny bit of sweetness. 3. My French conversation class. I love the group of women I’m taking French with, some of whom I’ve known for years and some of whom are new friends. We’ve been taking this class for about two years together and we’ve become so close. I feel like I’m finally getting to where I can carrying on a very basic conversation in French.

LOL, ~summer~ , one of my current faves is also a bag: this bag I treated myself to from Portland Leather. I used on my recent vacation and it was perfect! Also: my hundreds of vacation photos that I'm reminiscing through to relive the vacation memories, and being reunited with my sweet kitty after 3 weeks away. You enabler! I bought the navy one. I really need a good crossbody bag. My favorite things right now: The peace and quiet until my grandson moves back in with me for hockey on 8/21. Buying myself flowers most weeks. Having my own craft area with enough space for my stuff.

Right now I really like the new bag I got for summer - it’s a perfect size and I like the fun, summery strap, I also love a lobster sweater I bought (lol) and I discovered a delicious salad with chicken sold down the street from me. omg, lol I JUST ordered a hot pink PomPom! I was about to post about this same adorable purse! I just love how you get three different straps and can even monogram. I'm obsessed with these purses!

Dutch Chocolate Blue Belle Ice cream The porch set up at our new house… comfy furniture, a tv, and ceiling fan for when it gets too warm. I spend so much time lounging out there in the evening Seeing P!nk in concert with one of my oldest and dearest friends last week for a girls’ overnight getaway. It was magical… all of it. She's in DC on Monday and I seriously considered going!!!! I kind of wish I had gotten tix!

Both my dentist and doctor recently retired and I really like the new ones I have now.

Salads. Any and all fun salads. I eat at least one salad a day (and I usually spend a fortune ordering it out because its a treat for me). Dark chocolate. All of them. I have a stash in my desk drawer. Chili, Cherry Almond (tastes like rainbow cookie!), hazelnut.... All of my cute gym outfits, specifically all of my Summer booty shorts.
