We both have our own closets so the dresser that came with the set is just for holding bedding.

Perfect timing. I just had a friend here and had her help me fold a set of sheets from our camp. It is hard to fold them by yourself. Anyway she said how do you fold them, and I said (my mom’s name) very specific way. I was taught this way as kid and we didn’t deviate. At least I don’t if I have someone to help me, otherwise they just get stuffed in any which way. 😆 Her reaction and response after was wow that works well and doesn’t take a lot of room. I do have linen closet so that is where sheets, towels, and some other stuff is stored.
fold each sheet in half length wise. Then half again. Then in half from bottom to top and then in half again. The flat sheets gets put on the fittted sheet with the pillow cases on top and the fitted folded over so they are all in one packet.

We use fitted sheets and duvet covets, no top sheets anymore, and ours are stored on a shelf in the wardrobe in each room.

We only have our bed with one extra set of sheets and extra pillow cases. We do have a linen closet, but I prefer to keep them in a “nightstand” drawer. It’s actually a decent sized 3-drawer chest. When we stored them in the linen closet we put them in a pillowcase but that never looked as neat in my closet as it does online unless I take the time to tuck things. Nah.

I do have a linen cupboard, and I also store linen for our bed in my wardrobe. I fold up the doona (duvet) cover and fitted sheet, and put them inside one of the pillow cases to keep them all together.
I keep seeing all of these videos of people folding fitted sheets so that they are flat, but I have tried and tried and I cannot work out how they do it! I am incapable of following along, my brain just doesn't work that way.

I have a linen closet. Top sheet is folded nicely. Fitted sheet is wadded up as best I can in an attempt to be neat. Pillowcases and 2 matching sheets together. I tried putting them in Pillowcase, but the mess of the fitted sheet prevents that. m.youtube.com/watch?v=15PWtE2Yrqs Game changer I do that - right up to the point where you have to lay it on the bed to fold it and then I just lose interest and sort of roll it up any old how 😊 For some reason I have loads of bed linen. The 3 beds in the house are all different size and so the linen is divided between my under bed storage and a chest of drawers in another bedroom.

I did figure out a way to kinda sorta do it but it never looks as nice as others.

We have 3 beds in this house and have enough linens to outfit the entire Army. I did sort through it all today and kept 3 sets for my bed (2 summer sets and one flannel set), and then one set for each of the other beds. I ended up storing my bedrooms linens in the bottom of an antique dresser we have in our room, and then the other sets went into whichever guest room those sheets were for.

It’s easy to do once you see how she does it. youtu.be/Q-a2FR1iwqg?si=HRrj_s4kRMQqyjDlI fold mine like that and stack the sets with the pillowcases in between. They are stored in the drawers underneath our pedestal bed in our room, in a dresser drawer in the guest room for that bed, and in a dresser drawer in DD’s room. I want to move her extra sheets and duvet cover to a shelf in her closet so she can use the dresser drawers for her clothes. At the lake cabin the extra sheets and blankets are in the closets for each room where there are beds.

Nest one set of corners inside the other on each end of the sheet. Fold in half again the other way so the sheet is now in quarters. All the corners should be stacked up together now, so just nest the top set of corners inside the bottom set. Now one long side edge will be straight and the other long side with the elastic will be kind of wonky. Fold the wonky side into the middle by a third. Fold the straight side into the middle by a third. You should have a long skinny rectangle with two pretty much straight sides now. Fold one short end into the middle, then the other short end into the middle, then fold the whole thing in half again so what you should have left is a neat little square. Boom, you’re done!

There are folding organizers that make them sit so nicely on a shelf. I keep eyeing them but haven't purchased. Search on Amazon for "sheet organizers and storage" and you'll see what I'm talking about. Kinda cool.

The ones I looked at seemed kinda flimsy, but who knows. For now, I haven't ordered any.

I store our sheets and towels in a trunk that is at the end of our bed which we also use as a bench to sit on sometimes.
Our guest room is at the other end of the house which is where our linen cupboard is so sheets and towels for that room are stored there.
Excess quilts, pillows, towels are all stored in the linen cupboard.

On a shelf in the closet in the room where the bed is. We do have a linen closet, but we also have a healthy board game collection that has taken over the linen closet. :-)

I have two extra closets in our bedroom and one is for laundry and linens. I only keep one extra set of sheets which are stored inside one of the pillowcases. Sheets for the other beds are stored the same way in the guest bathroom linen closet.

Usually in my linen closet, but in moving to this new home, I am probably going to downsize and only keep 2 sets per bed, donating the rest. Maybe I should only keep a spare set for my own bed since I won’t have guests very often so I will only be string one set. Well, other than my stash of white pillowcases. I tend to change pillowcases frequently and sheets weekly.
I had a neighbor that would put all of the sheets for her bed on at the same time. Then she would strip the set that came in contact with her body, leaving the remaining sets still on the bed. She said she didn’t have any storage space for the extra sets and it wasn’t like they would get dirty while on the bed. I asked how she slept with multiple top sheets on the bed at once and she told me she would fold the extra top sheets down at the foot of the bed and that they never noticed them. I guess I could sleep on multiple bottom sheets but the top sheets would bug me. Maybe I move around too much but I don’t wake up to my bed being tidy enough to have not disturbed extra folded sheets at the foot of my bed. They would undoubtedly be jammed into the space between the mattress and footboard. It just seemed like too much hassle to me.

I have a total of five sets of sheet. I use two gallon ziploc bags. They hold one flat sheet and one fitted sheet. They get stored in a bin, in one of my cube units. Pillowcases (I have about a dozen), are all in two gallon baggie, on top of the stored sheets. I change my pillowcase daily or every other..... depending menopausal scalp sweating (or not). The rest of me is fine, but the scalp night sweats, so gross! is scalp sweating a thing? I truly had no idea. My back sweats. It isn’t horrendous but I do have to change at 5 am. (Does that count for being a PITA).

For me, I love fresh sheets -- all crisp when you put them on the bed.

Small linen closet that hold 2 sets of sheets and about 20 seasonal pillows. I have seen people store them with the sheets inside a pillowcase. Kept everything neat.

My scalp-head sweats a lot at night, and makes my pillowcase smell funky...so I change it daily or every other (as needed). The rest of me, very little sweating....but my scalp-head-hair so sweaty and gross.
