I met with a GI dietician recently, and they suggested 1-2 kiwi per day to help with the constipation. It does help me. I'm really glad your GI dietician's advice helps you, it sounds like good advice, but it also gives me the giggles.🤠That is funny! I will try to remember to say kiwifruit from now on. Also, I had no idea that a "kiwi" is a flighltless bird native to NZ. Thank you for teaching me something new!
