You could easily make double that nannying in SB/Monecieto. Also reach out to the ED department at UCSB and City College. See if they have any education programs that you could teach in.

Start checking the job listings on here. Do it every day! And make sure you're looking at remote options. There are SO MANY opportunities related to education.
I just made a big career transition and I hired a coach who specializes in helping people who want to shift careers. Job searching is so different now with AI at virtually every level of hiring (I even had AI interviews) and I needed someone to help me identify what I was looking/qualified for and also figure out how to make a resume that got through the filters to be seen by a real human being. That guidance was invaluable.

1 you’ve had a very terrible time lately your totally entitled to whine and be a bit down. Hugs. You are not spoiled.
2 I hope you have a quick & easy job search and find a job that both pays the bills & brings you peace ( if not joy )
3 The people I’ve known who left education have done the following jobs: Nanny Program CoOrdinator for a Girl Scout council Taught programs at a children’s museum Bar tender ( she makes more money but couldn’t have done it if her spouse didn’t have insurance ) Children’s program instructor at the zoo
Just keep looking in anything you feel might interest you. Good luck with your job search Hugs
