I'm in my bedroom office .. WFH unexpectedly as I tried to drive into work it was all black ice. I turned around on the first exit off the highway. I'm too old for this crap and taking 2 hours to get to work. My boss is very easy about stuff like this. I'll go in on my other WFH day. I'm not to skiddish about it but I just didn't want to deal with it.
My big old dog is turning circles on my bed to take his 10th nap of the day. When he settles it will be a snore fest. I'm in my leggings and sweatshirt and just came back from Starbucks meeting one of my students there picking up her paperwork (she couldn't get it to send electronically) and just happened to live near me. So good excuse to get me some tea for this COLD weather.
DD is downstairs playing video games and that is about it.

I'm staring at my work computer, getting frustrated and PO'ed because I have a bunch of edits to complete, very little time to do them, and I keep running into roadblocks. Stupid, idiotic ones that shouldn't even be happening. Like someone came through and accidentally removed admin privileges in the software I'm documenting, but to get it restored, I have to go through some convoluted ticket request instead of just asking the IT guy to go fix it. Just f'ing fix it. This new ticketing thing is feeling like artful dodging of doing anything. Need us to make one change? Ticket. Might get to it in a week. Need privileges? Ticket. We will get to it when we get to it. My boss has been requesting one item for months now that would literally take five minutes to change, and a landslide of work awaits me that I'm eager to tackle....but we are still waiting. /vent.
Other than that, the dog is snoring near my feet and I'm listening to DH play Dreamlight Valley in the next room because he is home sick.

We had a snow day today. My fireplace is going, my dog is curled up on a chair by me, my boys are quiet in their rooms.

Right now, I’m sitting in my clay room, in a comfy chair with my DH sitting in the floor in front of me having his back scratched, and one of our pups laying nearby.

I am sitting in my new living room enjoying the view while drinking coffee, surfing, and listening to the news! Where and when did you move from Alaska?

It's 8:50am Tuesday here, and I am sitting outside Peaing on my MacBook. I start work in 40 minutes. The dog is happily sitting next to me on the outdoor couch. He's not going to be quite so happy when the dog groomer arrives in 10 minutes!

I’m currently sitting outside of my son’s speech therapy class. Unlike his old sessions I don’t have to go but I do have to hang around in case he has to go use the restroom. It’s a beautiful sunny day after a windy, wet weekend.

I'm sitting in the living room peaing on my phone. DH is ordering shoes on Amazon nearby.
Trying not to be hangry as I wait for my unstuffed cabbage casserole to finish in the oven. Didn't notice when I started making it that it needed to bake for 90 minutes. Should have made it yesterday, but I got sucked in by the Chipotle commercial they keep repeating during March Madness and we ended up there.

We left Alaska the end of August drive to Washington for 3 weeks then to Central NY for 7 weeks. Then back in Washington for good. We are about an hour outside of Olympia.

I’m sitting in our massage chair. I just spent a couple hours decluttering all the drawers and cabinets in our kitchen and needed some relaxing.

It's so fun to imagine you all and what you are doing! Basket1lady We would have had a snow day yesterday, but it's spring break in our district. I think the roads are worse today! We had rain last night and more snow today. AussieMeg I love your pretty porch area. I live in the land of snow and ice, so mine is all packed up until May. My screened in porch is my happy place. I just bought a cute new flamingo pillow for out there. I can't wait!

I’m sitting in the conference room on my planning time waiting to copy math worksheets for STAAR practice for me and all my paras. The diagnostician is currently using the copier so I may be here a bit!
The good thing is our conference room has a window that goes the length of the room and floor to ceiling. The room is on the second floor and it’s a beautifully sunny day.

AussieMeg I LOVE that setup! But I could never sit on that couch, I just know there are spiders lurking there and in your case they're probably man eating Australian spiders. Looks so relaxing other than my NOT irrational fear of spiders hiding in outdoor furniture 🕷️🕸️

I didn’t see any today, but they aren’t on the closure list. We are in the 494/394 area and it’s been really windy today with at least 5” of snow. WIts been so mild this winter; who knew we would get an entire winter season all in one week!

I just changed the hummingbird feeder and Apollo tried to dive bomb me to hurry up. I was going as fast as I could. They are all happy.
We went to the mall and got shampoo. My dad hates Lush. It’s very fragrant and he found it offensive. we have an Oak and Fort store opened. I am going to google what they sell.
