What in the heck can I do with it? I'm thinking some sort of slow cooker recipe and just put it in whole? Anyone got a recipe idea?
I usually break down my Sams club chicken and freeZe it but I accidentally put the whole thing in the freezer instead of the fridge when I got home yesterday.

I would just make chicken and noodles or chicken and dumplings with it. That is pretty boring, though.

Pull it out and stick it in the fridge for a day or two. Then just use it as you normally would.

I used mine to make chicken enchiladas for dinner last night. Just needed some chili, cheese and tortillas.

Thaw it in the refrigerator overnight. You can cover it with foil and reheat as is. Or, cut it up for chicken pot pie, soup, or whatever.
They actually reheat very well. My mom is hours from Costco/Sam's, so she freezes them whole all the time.

I would make chicken mornay with it, then keep the rest (if there was any left) for sandwiches.
