Anyone have some flip flops that are good for walking? I used to love Croc flip flops, but couldn't find any that I liked when I went to the store. We are going on vacation soon, so I need to find some that I can do a little walking in.

Teva ORIGINAL Mush. Note that they have Mush and ORIGINAL Mush. The ORIGINAL Mush is way better for walking -- I can walk in them for many hours and I have problem feet. IME, Teva's run small by a full size, so if you normally wear a 7, order a size 8.
(I also tried Orthaheels, but they were only good for about 2 hours or so before they began to bug my feet.)

I love my Reef flip flips. They're a little pricy, but well worth the money. I've worn my Slap 2 style nearly every day for the past year and they're still going strong.

I do not like flip flops - could never ever walk in shoes with that silly thing between my toes. However, I bought a pair of Rider Flip Flops. They are super comfortable and easy to wear. I wear them at work now because they are so nice to wear. Sorry I can't figure out how to get a photo to post but here is the link Rider Sandals Smoothie

I have plantar fasciitis and my podiatrist recommended Vionic Shoes I bought these: www.vionicshoes.com/women/sprint-slide-sandal.htmlThey aren't true flip flops (I don't like things between my toes), but the company does sell flip flops. I am very happy with them and would recommend paying the extra money if you have any sort of foot problems.

I live in flip flops pretty much year round. I have more pairs than I care to admit to...but the workhorse flip flops are either sanuks or reefs. Both have decent enough support to walk in-although maybe not on cement all day like walking around Disney.

I bought Yellow Box last summer on the recommendation of the Peas. I went on to buy 4 pairs and they are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned.

I love Sanuk's yoga mat flip flops. So comfy! I agree. Very comfortable. Anyone I've recommended them to loves them. But now, I have plantars fasciatis, and can't wear them because they are so flat. I got some Abeos and they are as comfortable as any can be with the pf.

I've got a pair of Rainbows I've been wearing for about 5 or 6 years. Best 40.00 I ever spent. A couple of my cousins are big fans of North Face flip flops. One of them is always complaining about her feet, so they must be pretty good.

Reef, Sanuk and Clark's for dressier. The wedge leather ones with a suede footbed.

My favorites are Sanuk's and Rafter's. I hate Chacos- the bed is too hard and abrasive. My friend swears by Vionics. I will have to look at Yellow Box.

Saving this thread. Good info here. I broke my foot less than a year ago and it's still healing but I also became pregnant and have put on 20lbs so my poor, healing foot is taking the brunt of it.

"oofos" if you like a bit of cushion, are great. Long lasting come in thong, clog or slide styles and lots of colors. Been wearing mine for 3 years and still comfy. Amazon, for one, sells them. They are kind of like the croc foam but better. Quality/longer lasting. oofos

I've been wearing Teva "Olawahu" flip flops for years and I think they are incredibly comfortable for walking.

I have started to wear Clarks flip flops-- the wave . I think that the foot bed is similar to a running shoe. I have had foot (arch ) issues after surgery, so my feet are very temperamental about what shoes I wear.

I'm a Reef's flip flops lover as well. I've done Vegas and Disneyland in them.

Reef flip flops for me. My daughter got me into wearing them. They are the most comfortable on my feet. I have plantar fasciitis and these have the support in the arch area I need.
