I didn't have many threads on my watchlist or bookmarks so it wasn't too bad. I did save the one thread from the Pea re: how she did her Christmas Cookie exchange. She originally posted about how a family member started doing one that conflicted with hers. We were all intrigued by her party set up and asked for a description so she made a separate thread. I don't remember what happened with the family member.
Saved the 'Things To Do Around Mt. Rushmore' thread, even though I could just ask the question here.
I think that's it. I did reread an old, OLD thread (like, it was from 2003!) thread re: religion. We really have been having some of the same arguments for 10+ years

I spent days printing off things I wanted to save. That's what took me so long to get around to joining here. I don't feel lost and alone now, but feel like I've finally come home.

I love it here! However, I am going to miss the gallery. It was one of a kind. And I am sad about the finality of it all. It is the end of era that has been a huge part of my life for the last 12 years.
That said, I am looking forward and loving the community we have kept together despite it all.

I'd be sad if they weren't such jerks in the way they closed.

Thanks for the reminder. I went and saved a handful of special peamails.

I'm good with it. I downloaded all my favorite photography threads as PDFs, and have them saved to my computer. The layouts I actually had bookmarked were so old they were irrelevant.
Adios, 2 peas!

It was the best of times...it was the worst of times... HA! Yeah, I am feeling a little sentimental this morning. It's still up, not sure what time they will "pull the plug." It does make me appreciate this place that much more. So glad I'm here.

I wonder if Jeffrey or Kristina have been here to take a peek! I think we should have at least invited Kristina so she could spill the beans on alters. That would have been sweet.

I used to bookmark things ALL the time on 2peas and it didn't even occur to me that I should save those threads on my PC. I guess today is my last day to do that.
I'll miss the board, but I do like this new one.

Stupid question - do we have to download the videos or will the channel still be accessible on YouTube? No one knows & a lot of us hope it stays. I emailed 2peas about this earlier this week but haven't gotten a response.

Thanks for the reminder. I went and saved a handful of special peamails. I never thought about that. I had some really nice peamails I received when I had a miscarriage a few years ago. Thanks for the reminder!

I guess not. Just got an email message that they extended it until July 24th.

I am really going to miss the archive of topics. I needed a recipe that I knew I had seen on 2 ps, so googled it and found it very easily. When I had questions about anything, I'd search the NSBR forum and more often than not, would find what I was looking for. That huge, huge resource will be gone and it makes me very sad. I agree with this. I was also fond of the FT/ISO bored as well. Found Graphic 45 paper on there that I don't think I would have been able to find anywhere else and I was able to finish a project I was working on.

I have to admit this will be the only thing I will miss. My stash has swelled from some great things I've bought on the F /S trade board. But I have also destashed on there. I will miss it for sure.
