I hope someone here can help me, I had a chicken with lemon sauce at a restaurant about a year ago and it was so delicious. It was a subtle hint of lemon that was not overwhelming or tart at all. I have been trying to recreate something similar at home with no luck. I put out a similar request for help on facebook and got several chicken piccatta recipes that were WAY too tart. I've made probably 6 attempts in the last few months and every time I have to throw the chicken out because it's so sour to me. Either I'm doing something wrong, or I haven't come across the right recipe yet. Can anyone help?!
