Hello Ladies, Post your Old/New layouts on this thread. Tell us what is new and what is old. Because of this thread,I thought it might be fun to try to use slide frames at some point during the next two weeks. I need to dig mine out - see if I still have one or two. ETA - it sounds like a lot of us have an old chipboard stash that needs to be used. Try to find a use for them during the next two weeks. Old: Yellow dotted paper Leaf printed vellum blude dotted paper Bright yellow cardstock Cricut cartridge to cut journaling spot New: Dear Lizzy cloud paper Dear Lizzy banner paper Wood embellishments

I used raw chipboard and a weird slide holder thingy on this one. Old: Every single thing except for the little scraps of Riverton paper from her graduation layouts. This: became this:

Catherine - I love the yellow dotted paper and vellum circle and the giant blue arrow to anchor your design.
Mandolyn - I love all the paper strips and the ombre background. That photo is simply captivating!

I really love the page too Chinagirl. Love the circle of eyelets. I am going to have to do that soon. Great use of the metal slide holder irisheyes. I have tons of metal embellishments from years past. I should dig them out and start using them. I think I may have gotten rid of all my old slides though.

So, how do you add pics? I tried as an attachment but they were small. I would like to add them directly from my phone's album.

OLD: Just about everything NEW: Added the white stripes to the old black top hat die cut; black paper cut with KLD template; skeleton die was to long for an 8x8 page so I had to cut the bones off and place at weird angles to make it all fit

I was inspired by the thread of slide mounts to dig mine out and use them, which also lead to me creating the first two pages in my Disney book from our trip in March. It was suggested I post the layouts over here so I am going to give it a try. These layouts are showcasing most of the materials we received prior to our trip and the photos of our magic bands. Wow,you ladies are killin' it! I don't think I've ever seen those slide frames, but then maybe I had some from a kit or goodie bag and got rid of them since I didn't know what they were for! Heading to a weekend crop and will be bringing old kits along to use up!
