Oh, I love that shawl. I may have to make one for myself. Never even crossed my mind to try one! Love your cat, too. Thanks for sharing.

I finished my shawl this morning! Well, not totally--I still have to weave in the ends and I want to block the lacy border. I do love it, and I so enjoyed working on it, but honestly...I don't know what I'm going to do with it. LOL
That is really beautiful - I just love the colors you chose.

Oh that is lovely! The border totally makes it. Love it!
I've started my realtree baby blanket twice now - and can't decide which combination of yarns I like better. Now Mr. Peace wants me to try a third combination . If I can figure out how to post a picture here I might ask for ya'lls advice.

Beautiful shawl, T, and you have an adorable kitty I haven't been knitting or crocheting for a while - it's just too darn hot to be working with wool! I did start making some squares with owls on them to make into throw cushions covers. I have done some owl bodies, but have to work out how to do the squares - you pick up and make a foundation on the back of the owl, and then work the granny square from that. The first one I did, the owl ended up at a jaunty angle, and my perfectionist self was not pleased
