Mine are pretty simple. I will be heading out the our local concert in the park in about 20 minutes. Will bring my picnic supper. We will be having an Elvis impersonator so that should be interesting. Usually a large turnout. Great family fun.
Tomorrow will be yardwork. Lots.
Sunday I may get on the trolley and go down to Old Town or Seaport Village just to mooch around.

My weekend involves sun, sand and salt water too plus dinner out and a visit to the theatre tomorrow. Forecast is torrential rain at times tomorrow so we might just be down to dinner and theatre!!  |

My weekend involves sun, sand and salt water too plus dinner out and a visit to the theatre tomorrow. Forecast is torrential rain at times tomorrow so we might just be down to dinner and theatre!! We have had torrential rain for what feels like forever. Today was the first day in a while that the sun has shined all day. I plan on sitting my fat ass in the sand at the edge of the water from the moment I get there, until the moment I leave. I will faithfully wear my sunscreen, but I will not sit under an umbrella. I will not wear a long sleeved sunshirt. I will not go in during the worst part of the day. I will, however, grab a flotation devise of some sort and float my worries away. |

My day has been a little icky. DD5 has had a bad autism day. She just has been really overwhelmed today, and it makes my heart hurt. We napped together and she woke up happy.  Tonight I am heading to meet a friend for dessert & wine. I definitely need it. LOL!! Have a lovely weekend, you guys! |

Had a bit of a rough start to the day trying to get 17 yo DD her last things she needs for her dance recital but it turned out ok. We did lunch at Panera which was nice.
She has rehearsal tonight and then the show tomorrow night. 10 family members/friends are coming which is unheard of! She is so excited but stressed!
DH will drive up about an hour north to see his brother and his family that are here from Wisconsin. Tomorrow they may all go to the beach. DD and DS will each go to the mall with friends tomorrow so that leaves me to clean the house for her BFF that is staying with us off/on.
mztfied-do you live in SD or are you just visiting? I'm up in Oceanside.

Yes and no. DH is out with friends and I am catching up on laundry. Tomorrow I'll get a massage and hopefully finish some quilts. Calm, no real plans weekend...just like I like.

I was off of work today so I did some shopping, took a nap and shopped some more. Right now I'm sitting here impatiently waiting for my nephews to come home. They have been visiting their dad for the last 5 weeks and I miss them terribly. I wish they would get here already.
Tomorrow and Sunday I have work but then I'm on vacation for a week.

After work went out to eat with my Brother and my Mother. It's raining here and is forecasted to rain all week-end. We need the rain. I plan on staying home and scrapping, doing laundry, and resting. I have an appt Monday with an orthopedic doctor so I might go out just to make sure I can find his office.

Not really. DH is out fishing with his brother and kids started a bonfire out back with some friends.
I, however, am spending some quality time with my current bestie: Winking Owl wine from Aldi's. Hey, it's only $3.00 so I consider that a cheap date!

I just finished my first full week of work at my new job and have a midterm exam for school to prepare for, so I expect that I'll be sleeping and studying pretty much all weekend. Am I fun or what?  |

We are having an uneventful Friday evening - just watching PVRed shows from this week. Tomorrow will be yard work, the beach, a BBQ, and going to an outdoor music festival in the evening. Sunday morning is a morning yoga retreat, and a BBQ with my choir in the afternoon. We'll be having a hum and strum with that. The weather is going to be fabulous all weekend which helps!
