Welcome to monthly Sketch/Scraplift challenge! Each month, I will post either a sketch, or a LO for you to lift, or draw inspiration. Sorry this is late! Here is the LO SCRAPLIFT challenge for January: By Kelly Feldman- Paper Issues Here's my version: As you know, in scraplifting/using sketches, your LO's can end up looking exactly like the inspiration piece, or you can let your creativity run wild! These are just jumping off points to get you rolling. Have fun, and link your LO's back to this thread so that we can all see your piece of art and give you some lovin'! Happy New Year!

Bump!
Since it seems no one had the time to join in the challenge last month (Including myself), I am going to repeat it this month, because I like it!
I hope you are able to create with me this month!

I'm a big fan of large pictures that take center stage, and that's exactly what I see here. The embellishments are perfect and complement your photos beautifully. Well done! Would you mind if I scraplifted this instead of the original layout?

bklyngal62, I love your layout. Adding the itinerary was a great idea. I love the little things tucked under the edge of your photo. It looks like a wonderful cruise.

bklyngal62 I love the deep blue you chose for your background and the little sailing motifs are perfect here.

I'm still hoping to play along. I am having my second cataract surgery tomorrow, so I should be able to see to scrap!

I am just lying low today with the lovely plastic eye shield Anesthesia makes me ill, so I'm pretty wiped out. What a miracle to actually improve my vision!

Glad your surgery went well. Here's my layout, which I scraplifted from KikiPea's layout in the first post. I was inspired mostly by her tilted photos, but I liked everything else about it too.

Here it is! I thought I had some calendar paper like KikiPea but I must have cut it apart.\ Thank you for the scraplift challenge! I doubt I would have figured out how to use this paper without it. link

riversong1963 I like your layouts. I especially like the glitter title with the spider in the zero.

Thank you, mikklynn. I was using up some very old supplies. The glitter paper is about 10 years old, and the glitter rub-on spiders and webs are about 5 years old.
I like your layout too, especially the close-up of the tires. That adds so much to the overall feeling of the layout.
