Two days before Christmas and we have tornado watches and thunderstorm warnings! It's almost 70F, this is crazy. Our state DHS is advising people to bring in their holiday decorations, winds could be 70-80 mph. Who else is having unusual weather?
ETA-I'm in central Indiana, we usually have snow on Christmas. First round of storms just went through and our power is out.

I'm insanely irate that the temperature here is 77 degrees right now. Sunny, warm winter days just piss me off something awful!

Rain and wind in MI is abnormal and just plain ol' WRONG. It's 60 degrees here.

Lower Alabama had a 'heavy thunderstorm' warning earlier today with 60 mph winds predicted.

50 here in New England and foggy as can be. Tomorrow it supposed to be 65. While it's not all that unusual to not have snow on Christmas, these temps are just crazy. I figure we'll pay for it on the other end having snow until like May or June.

Parts of the UK are experiencing storms and flooding and throughout the UK the temps are weirdly high, like 12/13/14 degrees in December....very strange.v
I hope the storms pass you by quickly!

The UK is having some weird weather for the time of year too - mild, very heavy rainstorms and gale force winds......and some areas have been flooded out for the second time in a week with more heavy rain forecast. Not going to be a good Christmas for the people affected.

71 degrees here and storms on the way. We live in the middle of what's known as Tornado Alley.

Yep, getting prepared for EF-1 to EF-3 tornados in just a few hours. Strong winds and lots of hail just for good cheer.
I'm thankful it's today and not Christmas Eve or Christmas day.

Stay safe everyone. Our 'danger' has apparently moved on. At least the Weather Radio is quiet.

I'm right in the middle of northern Alabama and the bad stuff is suppose to come through later tonight. I'm tired of the rain. I feel like I have mold growing on me.

I don't mind the warm weather but i could do without the tornado warnings and wind, and getting soaked a 1/2 hour after i thought it was done raining.

Thunderstorms and low-60s in SE Michigan. I hate snow, so I'm fine with it but it does feel strange. It's supposed to be in the mid-40s on Friday, still warm but not terribly so. I'm scared if what January and February might bring, surely Mother Nature isn't going to let us off without much snow this winter.

70-something predicted for Christmas. Right now it's down to 64 but it was warmer during the day. Raining like crazy. With all this rain we'd have a blizzard if it was cold enough. As much as I hate winter I would like a bit of snow for a white Christmas. I keep reminding myself that much of the world celebrates Christmas in warmer weather. lol

I can't sit in the living room with all my lights on because it's a freaking oven. Sweating while wrapping....No! Just NO!

Warm, high 60's shirt sleeve weather here in NW Arkansas. Windy and feels like April. 3-5 inches of heavy rain and t-storms forecast for Sat. and Sun. Sure feels like tornado weather.

That's just wrong. I haven't pulled out my winter coat, hat or gloves yet. But I'm askeered about what's going to happen here soon. I think the weather people are calling for 3-5 inches next Tuesday. We'll see though...it'll need to get a LOT colder out for that to happen.

We had sightings of a couple tornados in western Illinois and eastern Iowa around 5 pm. Nothing really bad at our house though one was sighted somewhere pretty near us. It was balmy and breezy when I walked outside a couple hours ago. Very weird!

I'm posting after midnight the morning of Christmas Eve because I woke up sweating! I'm stubborn, but I had to break down and turn on the AC. It's just wrong!

They think a tornado touched down here last night in Canton, MI. It hasn't been confirmed yet, but some damage has been reported.

It's 63 degrees and muggy as all get out. I thought I had moved to Florida when I walked out my door this morning. We've already broken the record for warmest temperature for today. I'm in Rhode Island, we rarely have snow on Christmas any more, but this kind of weather is crazy. I heard this morning it is supposed to be in the 30's on Monday. We will all be sick for the new year.

The weather is crazy! The foothills of Tucson are expecting SNOW...in the desert southwest on Christmas day. In 20 years that's something I've ever seen.
