These seem to be the newest home party product here. I am not really sure they are my style so until now have just been ignoring the online parties I have been invited to. However, a friend is having a party this weekend and I am considering going just to support her and her sister. Her sister started selling it to help pay for fertility treatments, so knowing that and that friend has bought things in the past when I had 31 and scentsy parties makes me feel somewhat obligated to buy.
I am curious what the costs are? She posted a pic about the bands and they range from $29-39 and then it sounds like you buy the charms (or whatever they are called) separately? How much are those? Are there any monthly specials? I don't really want to spend $60 or more on a bracelet, especially something I might not wear often. I would need to try it on to see if I actually like it.
What are your experiences with this company?

I don't own any but my cousin sells it and I have seen it in person. I really like most of their product, just haven't ordered. Yes, the bands are around that $30 range for the leather ones. They also have metal which is more. The charms are actually pretty fair priced. Some are as low as $7. But of course, many are closer to $20. And, they have more expensive ones too. It really just depends on what you get. I don't see anything wrong with going to the party to support your friend. And, if you can't afford to purchase anything, I'm sure she will understand. Sometimes that's just the way it is. Or, you could host your own party with her sister and that way they get more business and you don't necessarily have to spend anything.

The company is fine. It's not my style, though. I think it leans towards the younger crowed, although, I have seen the mid-aged crowd wearing them. (Well, the consultant, anyway.)

The consultant just posted a pic of some new pendants that they have. They are more my style but I'm not sure the cost.

I actually own one, with one charm, but I never wear it.

I had to google, too!
I like them, but I can see where they would be for "younger" women/girls. There are a few I would wear (early 40's here) though!

We didn't have the rubber banded charm bracelets when I was coming up. We had the old school silver linked charm bracelets (I don't know if it is a regional thing, but those things were/are THE thing in the south.) I am totally not a girly girl, but when it comes to charm bracelets (of all sorts) and monograms, my southern roots come screaming out.

I do have to silver charm bracelets; one from childhood, and one from adulthood. I never wear them, either, but I need to.

never heard of these, either, but I really like them. I have a couple silver charm bracelets that I keep adding to; I wear them occasionally, but they're kind of noisy to wear at work when I have to type, lol. I never really liked the look of Pandora bracelets with the beads, so the leather band with slider charms is more my style-- they look preppier to me, which would fit more with my personal style. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to find someone who sells them, but... then again, maybe I will, lol!

My daughter started selling this a few months ago and I think they are wicked cute. I am 55 if that helps you think you would like them. So the charms are called "keys" in case any of you hear that term and are like wth. I have a silver mesh bracelet which I LOVE. Wicked expensive looking I think. I currently just have a snowflake on it but DD has a watch face that you can also put on and it looks soo expensive. The bands seem expensive, the leather and silicon but most are reversible. They do look so much better in person. I also have the pendant which my BF got me and picked the keys on it. Wicked cute on. I think you should go and check them out I think they are much better in person. I am attaching my DDs link just so those who haven't seen them can. They have come out with quite a few new items which I find hard deciding which I want to get because there are so many that I do want. You are also correct there are no monthly specials, but they do have specials and limited seasonal specials. www.keep-collective.com/with/nataliecoutureKaren kkooch

This middle aged person kind of liked them. Me too! So much so that I have mine on today. I think they are super cute, but I'm a southern girl transplant. Same company that owns Stella and Dot. Today I have on the gold mesh with the large cross, the bow and the mother of pearl (round) and I also bought a striped leather one for the spring summer. I love all the fun charms and really think they can work for any age <- that said, I didn't buy the rubber bands, but the leather and the mesh.
I'm going to another party on Tuesday night...want to get the sunglasses, the flip flops and the palm for my summer look.

OMG, one of my friends in my neighborhood has started selling them. Multi-level marketing, man. It's all she talks about, she has even teamed up with an essential oils seller and a jamberry seller to cross-market to their groups. Lovely. She was something like #10 on her "team" of 120 people in her first month with earnings of about $400. She was so excited, I didn't have the heart to tell her, "Honey, you know that's because the bottom 100 have given up after a few months, right?" This woman has been a nanny for several years, just finished a masters degree and was licensed in a great legitimate profession, but she's chasing this instead of professional jobs in her area thinking it will let her stay home with kids. I don't feel an obligation to "support" my friends who join multi-level marketing, because I don't think that supporting something that is 99.9% likely to harm them is actually being helpful or supportive. The vast majority of people lost money. I know, I'm a dream killer and a fun sucker. (By the way, I don't tell this to them once they've already bought in, but as she was thinking about Pampered Chef and then some others before doing Keep, I tried to gently ask questions like "Hmm, have you googled what percent of people make money?" hoping they will find it on their own.) Anyway, they're expensive. Most of the designs she shows run anywhere from $50 - $90 with just a couple charms. The price seems outrageous for the quality. Around Valentine's Day she was comparing it to a dozen roses that cost $70... yeah, that's not a great buy either.

I am not totally against mlm (I have sold Lia Sophia and scentsy). I wasn't a good seller but did make some money and don't feel it Hurt me in any way. I just don't want to buy something that I don't like, especially something expensive. I'll go and see if I like them better in person.

I've never heard of it but I googled and the bracelets actually look pretty cute. It's something I'd probably wear and I've never thought that about any type of charm bracelet or jewelry before.

I'm a kill-joy also. They are cute, but I can go to Avenue, Clair's, Target, etc. and find something similar at a less expensive price-point.
I have no problem spending money on jewelry, but for that kind of price, I expect something that has at least a bit of classic style and lasting ability. While cute, they are not a classic style that I would wear for years and years.

I think they're cute, I just don't think they're special.
You can buy bands and slide charms at many stores here for way less than that.

But I don't usually spend that much on jewelry. I do like the pendants that she posted and some of the more classic looking bracelets but am really not into the charms that represent activities, etc. I have never been into charm type bracelets and don't see that starting. She did say that you can change the keys to change the look of the bracelet but I am not sure how much the keys cost. The bracelets and pendants alone are expensive, IMO.

Wasn't there a similar type bracelet that started in Italy several years ago? I remember the metal mesh bracelet and tiny slide charms.
I love my Trollbead bracelet I wear all the time because I clipped my medical alert tag to it. I'm getting a second bracelet to put charms on as a piece of jewellery to remember my dad. I haven't bought the second bracelet yet. Judith Ripka has a similar bracelet, and I really love hers. I think I'll get that one if it fits the Trollbead and Pandora charms.
I recently saw an old episode of 20/20 about how Mary Kay sellers have lost a lot of money because of the pressure to get bonuses and go up the ladder. Some sellers were stockpiling products they bought with their own money. Mary Kay said they weren't supposed to do that.
People might get different things out of different groups. I don't like when companies make outrageous claims about their products--like the essential oils. I also hate the hard sales tactics. When we first moved to NC, we had a neighbor who tried to sell me those 31 handbags. She also tried to get me to let a Rainbow vacuum salesguy "practice" on me. It was the week my dad had his bypass surgery. When I said I couldn't do it, I never heard from her again. She never asked about my dad or anything--he died that week. What was really surprising is the lengths she went for the sale--she and her husband helped us move in and took us out to eat. I guess she thought that I'd feel obligated to buy. I did thank her for what they did, but no, I wasn't going to spend money I didn't have on something I didn't want. Especially a $1k vacuum when I had a Dyson.
I buy stuff if I need it--I bought a few products from a coworker selling tupperware. I wouldn't go to a party if I didn't like the product.

I've never heard of them before. There are some cute ones on the website, but nothing that's really me. If I went and felt obligated to buy/support the hostess, I'd get something that I could give to DDs for Christmas or birthday. That way I won't be spending money on something that will never be used.

My best friend had a party online for a week with them a few months ago. I wanted to support my friend because I love her, but no. I think those bracelets are so ugly, and would never ever wear one. They just don't appeal to me at all.
If you don't like them dont buy one. I don't think you should feel obligated to buy one just because she has bought stuff from you in the past. Wait until she sells something you like and then buy!

I got a pair of circle, pave, post style earrings from kkooch's daughter, Natalie. I get a good amount of compliments on them.
I bought some keeps (charms) for my adult niece who has a few bracelets and a pendant.
I think the silver mesh bracelet looks expensive on your wrist. It looks nice with even just one keep/charm or none on it. It seemed very well made. The JOY keep/charm, with cubic zirconia, that was in the last catalog, was very pretty and looked expensive. I like the longer pendant better than the shorter one. The pendant or bracelets look very nice with the rectangle shaped colored/birth stones. The larger heart lock is my favorite keep/charm. The key is pretty cute too. It was easier sliding things on and off than I thought they would be. There is rose gold as a color option. Natalie even made a mock up picture for me so I could see how my options would look.
