Singular, Flonase and Zyrtec. I alternate between Zyrtec and Allegra every few years, as they seem to lose their efficacy with me after a while. If I have a flare up, I'll add Sudafed and/or Mucinex to the mix. Be sure to up your fluid intake with allergy meds, as they will dry you out. I have horrible allergies! This is what I take also. The cedar trees are the main thing that bother me and for the last 8 or so years I have ended up with a sinus infection around this time of the year. I don't take the Flonase and Singular year round, just the Zyrtec and then add the others as needed. One of my sons is on the same meds as well. Edited to add: I didn't start having allergy issues until my 30s - I'm 43 now.

My mom's niece turned her onto to a tea with apple cider vinegar, cayanne pepper, lemon, turmeric, and honey for sinus issues.
I used to take something over the counter for my experience with sinus pressure and although it would help the pressure would come back with a vengeance a day or so later.

Veramyst. It's pricey but I can't make it without it. I also use a sinus rinse.
I was in AZ last week on vacation when my allergies kicked into overdrive and the pharmacist recommended Flonase. It was OK but not as great. The pharmacist muttered something about the two being in the same family. I was pretty miserable so my listening skills were off.
