I'm not sure whether the US sizes are the same as here. I wear a 9.5 and I am 5'2" and a half - don't forget the half!! I used to wear 8.5 but I grew half a shoe size with each child. That's why I stopped at 2 kids haha. If shoes don't come in half sizes I have to go up to a size 10, mainly for the width.
I have big hands and big feet for my height (or should I say lack of height).
ETA: I just googled and apparently US and Australian shoe sizes are the same. Which surprised me because our clothing sizes are totally different. Aust size 8 = US 4, Aust size 12 = US 8 etc.

Usually I'm a size 10, but once in a while I can squeeze into a 9.5. I'm 5'8".
DD is 5'5" and is a 9.5.

I wear a 9 or 9.5 and almost always have to have a wide width to even get my toes into the toe box. I'm 5'3" and a bit. I have funny looking duck feet and my feet don't fit in cute trendy shoes. This is the same for me. The lack of cute option in wide width stinks..I can't even pick up flip flops without trying them on to make sure my feet don't hang off the sides.

Wow. This thread really shocked me.I have always thought that I have big feet. I am 5'10" and until I got old I wore a size 8 now I wear 8.5 or a 9 regular width. I am 65 and have three children and weigh 148 lbs.

My niece is already in a size 9.5 or 10 depending on the shoe. She's 11 and pretty short still I'd say maybe 5'. I'm 5'6" and she's a bit shorter than me. Poor kid's feet are growing so fast she outgrows her shoes before even breaking them in.

5'8" I grew a 1/2 size with each kid (2) Yes, that. I'm 5' 4". I wore a size 7 shoe when I got married. My feet grew 1/2 size with each pregnancy. I had five kids and now wear a 9 1/2. Fortunately they're cute kids. Same. A half size bigger with each kid. I had three dds and reached a size 10 so I stopped having kids!

I'm an 11 and 5 foot 8 inches (and a nurse asked me if I was sure when I was asked at admission to be induced for my first child's birth). Just curious if you're trying to find a correlation between shoe size and height? I can wear a 9 to 9.5 in men's shoes, but when I want fun girl shoes, I have to order online and pray. I hate having to buy shoes...the only things I can pretty much buy off the rack are flip flops because fit isn't always numbered, it's more by s/m/l/xl. Otherwise, they MIGHT have my size, but online only and I have to buy them blind...I don't buy clothing blind, so I hate being forced to buy shoes blind, so I usually don't buy shoes until mine are falling apart. I'd love to have smaller feet!!! My hubby is a size 13 and my sons (5 and 3) are in shoes that most kids wear in grades 1-3. My daughter, on the other hand, is one and still fits into a size 2 (3-6 months)...NO IDEA where she gets it.
