The Road Kill Cafe in New Hampshire has a fun menu. Our 4yo DDS were a little grossed out when we stopped there, but DH and I enjoyed it!

These are so funny.
We have a restaurant called D'jeet, which is how some New Jerseyans slur the question, "Did you eat?" (Pronounced: Jeet?)

I saw a truck at a fast food place that had a sign on it that said," Half Assed Handyman. No job to big/ or small"!
Doesn't inspire confidence does it!
(The misspelling was on the sign & is not mine!)

We have a placed called "Bad Ass Coffee" here. Surprised they could get away with that but it's pretty funny!
We also have a woman's boutique with vintage clothing called "Frock You."

There is a Camel Towing truck that parks in front of my building everyday (we are by the highway). Which is why my 8 year old knows what a camel toe is.
Keeping it klassy around these parts.

The reason why there are so many Curl Up & Dye salon is because that was the name of Dolly Parton's character's salon in Steel Magnolias. It's a funny name people want to copy. It is a funny name but sorry...that wasn't the name of the salon in Steele Magnolias - it was called Truvy's Beauty Spot

We have a bar named "The Office" ... Going to the office .... We had one of those when I was an undergrad, and it was just a building or two away from a bar called "The Library." Many students spent their weekend evenings at The Library, LOL.

We passed a hair salon today that was called "The Hair House" which seems like a play on "Whore House."

Every time I go to my BFF's house I pass the Takee Outee Chinese restaurant. There is one of these in Jacksonville, FL. In Lake City, FL there is a restaurant called Fu King Chinese. Their sign says WE SELL SHIRTS.

There's a waxing salon in town named LunchBOX and the logo is like the female symbol on bathroom doors with a red lunchbox with a cut out heart strategically placed in front of the hooha. I think I've added a picture.

Dirty Dick's. And their slogan was "I got my crabs from dirty Dick's" - it was a crab house/seafood restaurant. Klassy. Haha, that just reminded me..... There is a Theatre Restaurant here called Dirty Dick's. When I was a kid, back in the 70's my parents even had the record called "A Hard Knight and Dirty Dick's". The only song I remember from the album is "My Ding-a-ling".

Last summer while on vacation in FLA, there was a pizza place we ate at called "BJ's Pizza" which in and of itself isn't THAT bad.
But their tshirts read "BJ's .... they're good"

My husband goes to the dentist at Sawtooth Dental. (Sawtooth mountains are near us, hence the name, but it is still funny).

There used to be a restaurant here in town called "Terry's House of Heartburn". he wanted to call it "Ptomaine Terry's house of heartburn" but apparently they couldn't agree on the spelling of Ptomaine

In Lexington, Ky there's a restaurant named Hugh Jass burgers. This made me laugh. One time I filled out a fake new student form for my coworker and gave the kid the name of Hugh Jass. She is really sweet and it took her a bit to see the name. Then she just felt really bad for the kid because he had parents who would name a kid that. I'm from the Midwest and haven't seen many signs that made me do a double take. My son and I went to a restaurant in Florida called Cowfish and we both thought it was a goofy name. Imagine our surprise when we saw a real one swim past us last week when we were snorkeling. Learned something new.

There's a dog groomer's here called "Doggy Style" Same here. It's a mobile grooming van and we see it all over town and I find it really distasteful. Distasteful yes. Very clever though.

I always loved the name Dew Drop Inn.
The other day I was behind a septic truck and on the back it said Stool Bus - I thought that was hilarious.

A town I lived in many years ago had a small hole-in-the-wall type bar called the Tool Shed.
That way a guy could tell his wife 'honey, I'm going out to the tool shed' and she'd think he was going out in the yard or garage to do some work, not going to the bar!
I think there used to be a bar named The Library near the ASU campus... perhaps it's still there.
ETA: not a business name, but a sign I've seen for a radiator repair shop: "A Great Place to take a Leak!"

Oh, on the way to Estes Park we stopped for ice cream. The sign on the store next to us was called the G Spot. My son looked at it and said, "Wow, so it is a real place."

Back home there's a place called Pho Shizzle. Pho puns are rampant in restaurant names here. My favorite (?) is What the Pho.
