Since I have a lot of my scrap crap packed up, the counters are quite empty (for me), so I thought I would give you a glimpse into my scrap room.
When you come in the door, the first thing you see is this wheelie cart I picked up from Canadian Tire a few years ago. It holds all my dies and embossing folders on the shelves and my Tim Holtz Vagabond on top, plugged in and all ready to go. The platforms, etc are in the drawer just under the counter top.

Next to it is my original scrap counter which has two huge drawers under it--one for cardstock and one for all things BOY. My Fiskar's trimmer and Making Memories magnetic matt are usually on top of it, but they are packed up for the crop. To the right is my huge sticker collection. I use stickers a lot, and I have them sorted--sort of--by color, so when I am searching for something for a title, it is "usually" easy to find.

Just above this counter is the hutch which houses my embossing powders, bling, and other embellishments, as well as some idea books. On top of this, and on top of a lot of the cupboards, there are art bin type containers with themed papers, embellies and extras.

Next to the counter/hutch is my computer desk, with closed cupboards above it for office supplies.

And next to that is the set of open bookshelves for my completed (and some waiting to be completed) albums.

Then you get really quickly to the other corner, which has closed cupboards below for office storage and some big drawers for tools, above which are open shelves with tubs of things like twine, ribbon, washi tape, wood elements, photos...

Next to that is a long counter, which, like the original one, is high enough to work on while I stand up: a much more comfortable way for me to work than sitting at a lower table. It has a window behind it and an Ott light, and lots of room to spread out, make a mess, create side by side LO's, etc.
Always has a work in progress on it.
It is open underneath and there is room there for a plastic rolly tote with drawers for specialty papers, a step stool to reach the stuff up high, a garbage can, and a large tub, filled mostly with BG stuff, kits, and my most recent purchases. At the near end, there are two more big drawers. One holds all the seasonal themed stuff; the other has artsy and girlie papers.

Then in the corner next to the door are my pantry units. They hold all my stamps and stamping parifernalia, my huge Christmas stash, and a bunch of flowers, chipboard, big embellishments, mini albums, all that stuff I thought I needed, didn't use yet, and can't bear to part with...

If you were going to turn right at the door, you would find a hallway which is lined on both sides with cube bins and all manner of stuff, including my card making supplies, extra photos I haven't used, my punches, and my Cricut Expression with its cartridges. That part of my L-shaped room is now full of stuff ready to go to the crop, so no room to shoot a photo. And really, you would enter there at your own risk!

I love it! It looks like you have a lot of nice storage options in your space. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!
One of these days I'll post photos of my room. I made great progress on it last year and have sort of stalled on the finishing of it.

I work at a small desk in my office/scrapping room. This is a fairly average level of tidiness for my space and is my entire scrappy space.

Chinagirl828 , I can't get over how efficient this space looks! And it mist be, because you create beautiful pages from there. That desk looks like the first work desk I ever had. When the school decided to "modernize", they brought in a bunch of really ugly green painted metal desks with no drawers. We ended up buying my desk for our home, and later it moved to my MIL's house for the kids to do homework on. When she moved to the seniors' lodge, our oldest son got dibs on the desk. Had it in his office for several years, and now it is in his son's room. @patter , I loved the tour. So many nooks and crannies in that space, and you have used them so effectively! Anyone else want to share their playroom?

I don't have a massive stash as I find I work better with a limited range of supplies. All my cardstock and patterned paper is in the two black drawers on the right hand side of my desk and scraps and 6x6 paper pads are in two drawers in the floor standing drawers on the right. When the drawers are full I just have to use more stuff before I can buy more. My space has grown over the years but I think this is as big as I want to go. I love having everything at my fingertips. |

Great to see everyone's spaces. Here's mine. I have a home office/craft room set up in the smallest bedroom. I used to work on the dining table so I love having a dedicated room! This is looking in from the door - I have an Ikea table all the way along the back wall with - from left- sewing station, die cutting, work area, then computer desk making an L shape. At the moment I have my old cricut machine sitting close to the laptop. I have a Minc which sits on the roll-out drawers under the desk.  And this is looking back towards my main storage area - where I keep all my papers and stamps plus some embellishments.  |

well - I see it didn't work. I don't know how to add pics I guess. I tried the add attachment but it said every picture I tried to too big. Oh well, I still love my space LOL!!
If this works - here's a view of my scap...which I love even though it's nothing too fancy. It's my comfy spot whether I'm crafting or not.

mjmone I'm glad I'm not the only one! LOL. If anybody wants to share the tricks of the trade please do! I have read the "how to" in the help section and it was obviously of no help to me LOL. Every picture I tried to "attach" was too big but they are just pictures from my iPhoto...do you need to do something to the picture to make them smaller?? I'm sure somewhere in the past I managed to attach a photo but I think I probably thought..Well! how did I do that?!?

Emailing from iPhone to iPad automatically makes the picture under 1mb. It works for my devices, anyway. The thing I can't get to work is posting from Flickr to here. I can post to the gallery, but something about having a photo show up in a post just doesn't work for me. I just stick to the attachment process. |

Here's a picture my embellishment storage. I have miscellaneous items such as tags, rub-ons, twine, layered stickers, flair, tags and other dimensional items in a hanging pocket organizer.
This little white cabinet used to be a doll clothes closet. I always knew I would repurpose it for my studio some day. The plastic containers were a Tuesday Morning find. I have lots of them, and they fit perfectly into some wire baskets that I already had.

I love seeing everyone's spaces, and I especially love peeking into how we all organise our supplies. I agree. I'm an organization junkie.  I kind of like that my space isn't done being reassembled (now that my desk is, at least) because I can work in my space but still have projects to work on when I want to be creative but don't want to make a layout. My room had been assembled so long that organization projects were essentially just moving things from one space to another. Right now, though, I have new things to set up since my space isn't configured exactly the same anymore. Before my renovation project, I had maxed everything out and didn't have room for more projects. |
