Wow, the conclusion jumping in this thread could be an Olympic sport!
OP, is the wedding having a photographer? A friend in this situation gave a gift card for a photographer where they could go get shots in their wedding attire. It was a small ceremony with no professional photographer, and this was a way for the couple to get some pictures from their special day. If all of the kids and grandchildren will be thete, there could be a shot or two of the whole group. Good luck.

DH and I got married 5 years ago. He was 64 at the time and I was his 4th bride. It took a while for my family to be happy and to accept our relationship (divorce is extremely unusual in our family and I was the one who went through it and then met DH). We had a small wedding in NJ (I did the flowers, catering, decorating, my makeup/hair, had a gorgeous long dress and shoes, etc...) and then 2 days later we had a wedding on LI for my family (this one was more formal, but I still did my hair/makeup, flowers, music, gifts......). We asked for no gifts also, but people were very thoughtful to give us some things that we'd cherish. A good friend of mine gave us an engraved (tubular) silver case with a stand for our marriage license. One of my sisters gave us these GREAT pillows that we loved at her house + giftcards + a wedding pillow with a slot on the front for one of your wedding photos. She also got us a limo from our hotel to the reception and back! My daughter was my maid of honor and she gave me her speech, all framed. Another sister gave us a wedding book and passed it around for people to write things in--it was sweet. A friend gave us a wedding picture that actually held a flash drive for all of your wedding photos, so you could see them. We got so many special gifts like that. We really didn't need new house items since we were both married before, but SPECIAL items regarding the wedding made it extra nice (as though our marriage was acceptable).
I'm glad you are accepting their marriage. Six years is a long time, and if he's blessed enough to have met someone he wants to marry again, then that's wonderful!

That is a nice idea. Being from the UK might take some out of the shipping. But I love the concept. TFS. Wow, the conclusion jumping in this thread could be an Olympic sport! It is a small affair and my guess is cousin's wife has been asked to do photos. She doesn't usually accept payment when we try but the concept is good. Let me find out if she is doing photos. Or if she'd be willing to at least grab a few. Heck, she could use my iPhone! I love the idea of all the grandkids in one photo that we could do something with later. FIL loves pics of his grand babies but if we could do all of them together it would signify unity. Thank you for the idea. DH and I got married 5 years ago. Those are all very thoughtful ideas. Thank you for sharing them. I'd love to find something they would find as special. They both love to golf and I thought I could get engraved balls/ or tees with their wedding date but was worried about it being too wedding themed. I'm glad to know that it might not be as faux pas as I was assuming.
