I have too many enamel dots There's such a thing as too many? Oh, you're right! Correction: I do not have too many dots, I have enough. Like, a life time supply, thanks to a couple of group buys directly from Chinese factories plus the supply from kit subs etc. I won't buy any more until I've used up these.

How do you do direct buys? The same way the scrapbooking manufacturers do. Contact the Chinese manufacturer and make an order. The easiest way is through alibaba.com if you want something manufactured, either if some Chinese manufacturer already has a product designed and ready that they could manufacture for you (such as enamel dots, you only have to choose the color), or if you have your own designs. Not the easiest way, though. Partly because they're not always good at English. And you have to make big orders, you cannot just buy a few copies. And then you have the quality control... These are the same problems all scrapbooking manufacturers struggle with. Here's an easier and better way to get cheap scrappy goodies: If you only want ready made scrapbooking supplies and other stuff (like... anything!), have a look at aliexpress.com where you can find thousands of Chinese stores shipping products (usually for free) all over the world, just much cheaper. Just make a search for 'enamel dots' on that web site, and you'll get more than 200 hits. It's like making an order from any online store - you put things in your cart, check out and pay for it. Then wait for a few weeks (mail from China is slow). I've purchased a lot of stuff from aliexpress and I've never had a problem. Most kit clubs buy 'exclusive' items from aliexpress, so it is well worth checking that site if you see some kit item you love.

Does anyone know if the Woodland Green color is a forest green or more of a kelly/grass green? Mine just arrived. I made a few drops of the Woodland Green on white cs. Will let it dry then send you a pic. Looks closer to Kelly green than forest.

Thanks! BUT they dry darker than they appear in the bottle or in the first drops you make. Here is a photo of my pretty little bottles. There are 3 types: the gloss, metallic, and then the others that are more pearlescent. The little green dots came off wax paper really well. When wet, they matched the green cs. When dry they are more toward the woodland colour. I am going to try the apple green to see how that one dries. In fact, I think I will make a dot on each of the lids so I can see how each looks dry... Attachments:
