Brandy beautiful family and pictures
This past December we had family pictures done for the first time in probably forever. My kids are grown/married with their own kids as well. I always put off having pictures of our family done because I was "too fat" I always had the kids pictures done couple times a year and I always had my camera in my hand.
I regret not having pictures of me and also family pictures done the past 35 years but it is what it is - and now I make sure I'm in more pictures.
Thank you for the reminder brandy

It is very important to me. My only family picture of my family is of when I'm about 9 or 10 months old. It always bugged me and then my dad died. Fast forward 8ish years and a friend's 2 year old died. She said something that stuck with me. While planning for her funeral, there were very few pictures of her with her kid. It broke my heart and I swore that I'd always have pictures. I ask for it every year for mother's day. Sometimes they are professional, sometimes they are barely professional and sometimes I just shoot them myself with the clicker. My friend and I just passed the camera back and forth with our families while on vacation. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it needs to be recorded. For our last ones the humidity took my hair to spectacular widths and it is by far the best picture with me and my girls. I love picture Christmas cards for the same reason... usually, at least there is maybe one family pic. We do not see our extended families often so whenever we do, I force a family photo. Grumble, grumble but I don't care. You'll be photographed as a negative ninny but I'll have my photograph. My SIL **hates** and bitches about the pictures or if we dare pull a camera out during an event. But when our Grandma died who do you think asked if I happened to have a picture of HER kid with my grandma. I didn't say, "Bitch, please. Of course I do." I just sent her the picture.

We get them done every other year. These are great! I love the ones of the kids leaning on the trees, in particular.

We do Christmas photos every year as well! One of my favorite Christmas photos was the first one with all 3 kids. The girls were only a month old and I looked tired, had no shoes on, it's super informal in front of our very large Christmas tree. But it's still one of my favorites. Every photo is important - formal or informal.

Very nice! We try to get a family photo with my crew at least once a year. My boys hate doing it but I hope one day they will be glad they did.

Your pictures are awesome! You have a beautiful family! We make sure to get a family photo at least once a year. They aren't always the best photos but I cherish them
