I strip down completely and have entire body checked from scalp to in between toes. I would encourage you guys to get vaginal area checked too ( just close your eyes and think of England). My derm has found cancerous moles there on people. Sooooo worth the embarrassment girls. If they see something they can remove it on the spot. Lose the undies!

I have had annual skin checks for many years now. I had way too many sunburns as a child, I still get some exposure to the sun (with lots of sunscreen now), and my mother has had numerous skin cancers removed. I take my dermatology visits very seriously. I'll gladly strip down to be checked over completely and get that reassurance that all is well.

Yes every year I (should) have a full check up to look for skin cancer. I strip down to my bra and undies.
I say "should" because I'm well overdue this year. I was supposed to go back in February. The only reason I haven't is because it is difficult to get there when I'm working full time. That and the fact that I'm lazy. It's not at all uncomfortable IMO.
