It is already 93F/34C in coastal Northern San Diego County and not even noon yet. Average temperature here for November is 71/22 so we are way above average because of a Santa Ana wind (wind coming from the desert not the ocean breeze we usually get). The desert is actually cooler than the coast today.
Our overnight low was 55/13 which is just slightly above average. With temperature swings like this everyone heads to school/work bundled up and comes home stripped down.
So what's going on weatherwise where you are?

Same <- as my teens say. Way too hot in the San Fernando Valley, 100 or so miles north of you.

It has been in the 60's here in Minnesota, the average daytime temp for this time of year is around 45. We have not gotten below freezing overnight yet, we have actually set a record for 207 days of temperatures staying above 32. Predictions are for lots of snow this winter, we will see if that happens or not.

Unseasonably warm here in Calgary and I'm loving it. We broke a record the other day when it reached just over 21C! 😎

It's been weird here for sure. It's not cold at all right now and it hasn't rained for several days either.

It was over 70 here east of Seattle a few days ago. Supposed to reach high 60's again today. I have a rhododendron in full bloom, my BFF has roses in full bloom. We haven't had our first frost yet which is crazy. I still have tomatoes ripening in our unheated green house......

Mid 60's this week and we haven't had a frost! We should be having highs of mid 30's.

After a crap crap crappy October - grey every single day, snow, fog, temperature hovered round the freezing mark. Usually we don't have more than a day or two of grey then some sun then a partly cloudy day. We had 6 weeks of 100% grey days, never seen anything like it, depressing. Well November has been glorious! Beautiful Red sunrises, sunny to mainly sunny days. Record breaking temperatures. The other day was +15C/59F!! Someone posted their Facebook memory from 2 years ago and it was -27C/-16F on this day. So I'm happy, although the sun would have been shining at least when it was that cold.

I am just north of you bc2ca and we were 96 yesterday and 93 right now. We slept with all the windows open and a fan going last night. It is damned near Thanksgiving and someone forgot to tell Mother-Nature. It's not as bad as last year though.

Up until last week, we had 90+ degree weather, which is abnormally high for us this time of year. This week, though, its been low 70's.

Rainy, rainy, rainy! Par for course when you live in a temperate rain forest. The weather is in the 50s. About normal for this time of year although October was the driest on record for our part of the world. Karen

SaveSaveSaveSaveThe boy in Tallahassee tweeted this morning it was 50 while he was on his morning run and said he thought he lived in Florida. I didn't have the heart to tell him to just wait a liitle bit and see how really cold it gets up there. 😂

Way too hot! I live near the San Diego airport. Good thing we did our big Disneyland trip last week! Although we missed small world and jungle cruise, the heat is too intense this week to stand in lines.

We finally have somewhat cooler weather. The highs for the next week will be in the 70's, with lows in the 50's and low 60's. Until now, we've still been in the upper 80's and low 90's. I'm so ready for this cooler weather and hope it sticks around for a while!

I voted for "A little cooler than average". We are less than 3 weeks away from summer here down under and so far this has been the coolest and wettest spring that I can remember for a long time. A comparison between this year and last year:
September average temp 2015 = 24.7 C (76.5 F) September average temp 2016 = 16.7 C (62 F)
October average temp 2015 = 27.1 C (80.8 F) October average temp 2016 = 19.3 C (63.4 F)
The rainfall for those 2 months combined is 110mm in 2015 and 150mm in 2016.
I am hanging out for some warm weather!!

The temp is normal now though it has been warm. The big problem is drought. Hurricane Matthew gave us a little less than 2 inches of rain 5 weeks ago. There hasn't been any since. I think the last time it rained regularly was July. Wild fires are burning in the western part of the state and we are under a burning ban.

We're actually getting a fall this year, it's great! The last two weeks have been mid to upper 70s with partly cloudy skies. Looks like we're due for one day of rain next week with similar temps.

I wonder if these above average temps feed into Leo De Caprio's global warming cause.

I think we got up into the mid to upper 70's today, supposed to be upper 70's tomorrow and mid 70's Sat. I love this time of year before it gets too cold.

I said average although I'm not entirely sure - just feels like typical weather for November - a bit unsettled but getting warmer. We're heading into summer (I'm in New Zealand). Max of 21C (70F) and low of 14C (57.2) today.

It was a gorgeous 80 degree day here in Northern California. We had been in the mid 70's all week and I think if I could choose any type of weather, it would have been what we had this week-just perfect.
