Awesome episode. I didnt like Adam very much at the beginning but he's really grown on me. Ive missed some of the episodes, is his mom battling cancer? I saw parts of him and his brother and it made me tear up. Ken is a freaking moron. I could not believe he reacted that way. Sadly, yes. She passed away two weeks after he returned home after filming. I just read an article on FB that stated she passed away 2 days after the filming was completed. I'm glad that he made it back to her in time!

Well, I know they are losing two next week, even though it's only an hour episode (boo--I wish they had stretched it out a week instead). We'll probably only get to see the immunity challenges next week and not the reward challenges and I LOVE seeing the reward challenges. That will bring it down to six when the last episode airs. So they'll again have to eliminate multiple people in one episode again. It feels very rushed.

Maybe the advantage that Jess gave to Ken has something to do with multiple eliminations.

I started watching Survivor from the beginning, lost interest 4 years ago, and then came back to it 1-2 years ago. I absolutely love this season, it has been fantastic.
Ken's behavior last night was a head-scratcher, but I'd still be okay if he won.
I'm really rooting for David, Adam or Hannah. But I really won't be upset if anyone wins, except Brett.

It kind of cracked me up last night when Will said something about them treating him like a teenager. Um, you ARE a teenager. I get what he was trying to say but it still cracked me up. If there is one thing I don't like on Survivor it's when someone announces to the camera that they are *running the show*.

Jen Wouldn't that be fun! *Hey, Bret, your torch has been extinguished.* I just wonder how much the advantage will disadvantage him, KWIM? The jury can sometimes be a bitter bunch. Or is that Big Brother.

I just read an article on FB that stated she passed away 2 days after the filming was completed. I'm glad that he made it back to her in time I'm glad he made it home, but sad that she wouldn't have got to see him actually in the show. Maybe the advantage that Jess gave to Ken has something to do with multiple eliminations. It seems to be called the "legacy advantage" and the definition of legacy is "a gift of property, especially personal property, as money, by will; a bequest". based on that it sounds more like it has something to do with money or giving something to someone rather than eliminations, otherwise they could have just called it an advantage and not used the term 'legacy'.
If it's to do with voting, the terminology would suggest saving someone rather than getting rid of someone. Perhaps there's no final immunity challenge - if the person holding the advantage is still there, they automatically get to pick who goes into the final with them...?

how will they get rid of so many players by the 14th? or is my math off?? We have 8 players now and will lose 2 next week, leaving 6 to go into the finale on the 14th . This has been the pattern for the last couple of seasons. Three players are eliminated 3 days in a row and then they move right into the final tribal with last 3 players.

I think the "legacy" part of the advantage just refers to the fact that it stays in the game if the person holding it is voted out. Jay can leave the game without use the steal a reward challenge, but the holder of the legacy advantage MUST decide who gets it next. Potentionally it could have been passed on at every tribal until Day 36 when it must be used.

I am so loving this season. Poor Will, tried to make a big move and is left as the guy whose vote didn't matter. When one alliance would rather use an idol than trust your vote, you are in trouble. Nothing Will said at tribal made me feel confident he was voting out Zeke. I sure didn't anticipate Ken behaving like an impetuous, impulsive, prima dona!! I don't know if we can blame starvation & fatigue for short-circuiting his thinking process or if his true colors were showing but I'm sure he is regretting it now. If anything, watching that behavior tightened the bond between David, Hannah and Adam. Watching Ken squirm at tribal was kind of interesting and I'm sure if he'd had anything to contribute we would have seen it. I love that Adam announced he wouldn't steal the reward before the challenge began and I love that he gave the advantage to Jay as a thank you for adding him to the loved ones party. That steal reward is more of a curse than a blessing and I'll be curious to see if Jay uses it. I still want to see David win and Adam has moved back into the top 4, along with Hannah and Jay. Unfortunately, Ken has dropped below Will and into the bottom 3 with Brett and Sunday as far as my favorites go. On a side note, I love Ponderosa and this season's has been really interesting. I did not expect Chris to give Zeke the cold shoulder.

Or is that Big Brother. All juries are bitter on thesei reality shows The ratings would go down if it weren't for the Bitter's. A good twist would be for a contestant to have an advantage of being able to not count one persons vote in the finale.

Just watched this episode. I was surprised about Hannah. As far as Ken...I dont think it was all that bad. Stuff like that is done all the time. I would like David to go home next...I'm sick of him. Will is simply a teenager...with a teenage view of his self importance. This season is very fun.

Each person who came to Ponderosa was welcomed by those already there, whether they were allies (Taylor and Michelle) or people who voted them out. When Zeke arrived everyone welcome him but Chris, Chris wasn't there and wouldn't look at Zeke. They did eventually talk and I think Zeke feels their good buddies now but I'm pretty sure Chris said he would still never be friends with Zeke.
Oh gosh, I just couldn't disagree more, and I loved Ken. The only people that do that are people who are stupid, totally lacking in game, or completely arrogant. He ruined everything with that move. Will came to them willingly as an extra vote. They had what they needed. He was trying to build trust with them by telling Ken about the vote. Ken caused them to lose the trust of a new ally (Will), he angered his alliance (David, Hannah and Adam) who knew that was an awful move, and he caused Adam to have to burn an idol that he wouldn't have had to burn. If I was his alliance, I would no longer trust him. If Will had told him that his own alliance was voting him out, then I could see Ken not believing and wanting to confront his alliance, but there was absolutely no reason for him to go to the other alliance.
