Now prove that your claim that "it is because of corruption that she has not been indicted". We will be waiting with bated breath! No, you won't. Your denials are comical at this point. No matter, though. Trump won and we don't have to deal with Hillary! Nice try at deflecting--you cannot prove this at all, it was just your opinion. You've got nothing factual or proven. Just another one of your thoughts you present as fact. Yep, you won't have to deal with Hillary, now you'll have to deal with a much more volatile, unpredictable, unprepared, lying, racist hypocrite. Fun times ahead!

He could be impeached or taken ill, which would mean Pence would take over. So, no, it is not certain that he will continue for the next 4 years. Likely, yes. Certain, no.

I actually doubt he makes it 4 years, and am starting to doubt he makes it to inauguration with the international faux pas and conflicts of interests he's involved in. He needs to get his ass off twitter and his "victory tour" and READ the constitution, attend security briefings and study/take etiquette classes on how to deal with other countries. We're going to be blown to smithereens if he continues to make mistakes like he has been. He's going to tick of the wrong leader one of these times. SaveSave

Cindy This is true that he will be president for the next 4 years. However it is also true that we have consistently had many many political threads all.the.time. as long as I have been reading 2peas and 2peasrefugees...not only before elections. And that is certainly not going to change in the next four years. So my suggestion is to start learning how to scroll on by and ignoring, and to get over it. It is not that hard. Geez!!

This is how I see this comment..... Think back in the campaign and reports of white nationalist were openly supporting Trump by making robo calls for him and saying they felt if Trump was elected it would bring their vision of a white America into the mainstream discussion. At the time I gave Trump a pass. It was hard for me to think anyone would be really serious about an all white America. I just assumed he didn't realize his words were music to the ears of white nationalists. That changed when he brought Steve Bannon into his campaign in a senior position and now as a senior advisor in The White House. That changed when I read the City of New York sued him twice for discrimination toward blacks. Once with his old man and once by himself. That changed when I read more then once that when Trump would visit his casinos he wanted it known that when he arrived and walked through the casino he didn't want to see any black employees. There is no doubt in my mind that Trump is a white nationalist. That being the case there is no way I would want my vote associated with electing a white nationalist as president. Do I think all those who voted for Trump are white nationalist or even racist? Nope. There were folks who believes his con that he can change DC. "Drain that swamp". That he can bring back all those jobs etc. It is unfortunate that in their quest to find the change they are looking for they elected a white nationalist. And what is even more unfortunate is the change they were looking for isn't going to happen. I have no doubt there will be change just not what these individuals voted for. Who or what is the source for this information? From what I have found, it's one person making that claim and that alone was reason enough to "debunk" many things said about Hillary. But, there is no one else that I can see that corroborates that claim.

If this was a one off without any other observations about his racists comments and actions I would probably agree it could be debunked. But he has a history of racial comments and actions that says to me what this guy said was true. It fits into a pattern. There is also another claim that Trump didn't like the idea of a black man working in the casino accounting department. He wanted a Jew to handle the money. This came from a former manager. Again this fits the pattern that gives the claim credence. <-------- opinion ---------->

Everybody just needs to shut.the.fuck.up about the election. He won. It's over. And everyone needs to deal with it!!!! geez!!! Cindy. You know that's not how it works. People spent 8 years complaining about President Obama and 8 years about President Bush before him and 4-8 years about every president prior. So demanding everyone just "let it go" after what- Less than 4 WEEKS- of these same people that just endured 8 YEARS of complaining seems hypocritical.

SaveSavePaul Ryan did say on 60 Minutes tonight that he has explained the constitution to him and explained how our government works SINCE he won the election, if it makes you feel any better. I was was a little appalled that that actually had to be done for the a president elect and that he wasn't already aware of those very important details but i doubt it will bother those who voted for him.

You can't converse without being condescending? It has been my experience very few folks will take the time to look something up if it's not forthcoming from the person who originally posted the story. So when someone actually looks up something rather than waiting for the OP to do it I think it's a good thing. I mean google is our friend. If you chose to see it in a different way well that is your choice. But you may want to work on getting rid of that chip on your shoulder that you yourself put there......He also has a history that contradicts what this one guy says. For one, he fought to include minorities in his golf course when it wasn't the norm. "The town council, seeing Trump as an ostentatious outsider, handed him a list of restrictions as he sought to transform the property in the 1990s. Membership, traffic, party attendance, even photography — all would be strictly limited. But Trump undercut his adversaries with a searing attack, claiming that local officials seemed to accept the established private clubs in town that had excluded Jews and blacks while imposing tough rules on his inclusive one. Trump's lawyer sent every member of the town council copies of two classic movies about discrimination: A Gentleman's Agreement, about a journalist who pretends to be Jewish to expose anti-Semitism, and Guess Who's Coming to Dinner about a white couple's reaction to their daughter bringing home a black fiance. The move infuriated council members, who said it was a distraction from their concerns that Trump's club would spoil a quiet street. But, in time, Trump got most of the restrictions lifted. "He won in the court of public opinion," said Jack McDonald, who was a council member at the time and who went on to be mayor and to join Mar-a-Lago. Town council member Allen Wyett opined that Trump's nondiscriminatory policy at the club was more of a business decision than a social one: Wyett, who is Jewish, said he would hear Trump talk with pride about Mar-a-Lago’s nondiscriminatory policy, but wondered if it was a business strategy: “Was he smart enough to realize that Palm Beach is about 40 percent Jewish and he was not going to attract the old guard anyway?” What Trump did at Mar-a -Lago was an anomaly. Trump doesn't do anything that doesn't benefit himself and if he feels folks aren't nice to him he will strike back. Read the above about when he was turning Mar-a-Lago into a private club. Especially the first part about the restrictions the town council was putting on the project. Typical Trump didn't like those restrictions so he created a diversion. There is no doubt in my mind, based on his past actions, that if the town council had not put the restrictions on the project, Mar-a- Lago would have excluded Jews and blacks from his club. As stated above this was more of a business decision rather than a social issue.

What you choose to believe is up to you. Just what I chose to believe is up to me. No where did I say this was gospel. But then I didn't put <-------- opinion. Silly me I assumed "There is no doubt in my mind" would be seen as another way of stating it was my opinion. Guess not..... You do have a problem when folks don't agree with you IMO. I remember once we were going back and forth about the IRS. I had one point of view. You had another. We were going back and forth when it occurred to me that somewhere we quit talking to each other and were now talking past each other. So I ended the discussion. You fired back that at least I could do was acknowledge that you made some valid points. I had to admit that stopped me my tracks. I couldn't help but wonder why if I disagreed with you why should I acknowledge you made valid points. Especially when I didn't agree with much of what you had to say. Not everyone is going to agree with everything you say. That is a fact. Not everyone wants to hear or even acknowledge a different point of view. That is a fact. IMO some people don't really want to have a discussion so they make up excuses or deflect. And that is when the drama happens. All that drama. Feelings get hurt and some storm off the thread because a certain few are being impossible. Just impossible. Well if that's the case instead of storming off the board why not avoid the political threads. I mean I'm assuming these folks read other threads. Or maybe the real reason they left, in spite of what was said, is it was just time to leave. I figure on a board like this all you can do is voice your opinion or make your case and hope for the best. Some will agree with you, some won't. If they agree great. If they don't agree try not to get your knickers in a twist. It's just not worth all the drama. But then each to their own. ------------------------> OPINION <-------------------
