The DD kit arrived! It is so much better in person! I love it. It's a shame it didn't sell better. It must have been the traveler notebook size that made people pass this year. Thanks for alerting us to this amazing sale. I think most of it can be adapted to pocket pages. There is someone selling their stamp in PLSS on facebook and I keep wanting to tell the 5 people who commented 'me next' that they can spend $7 more and get the entire kit!

Got my package today - it came lickety split quick!! The Dec Memories kit is lovely in person, and I was satisfied with the mystery box of embellies. Definitely worth the $10. I would guesstimate the retail value being about $25-30 (if you take into account the fact that the stuff is older and will likely be clearance-priced. The value is higher if you don't factor that in.). All of it was lovingly wrapped up and packaged in a sturdy box that made it to my door in no time - a stark contrast to the last online order I placed months ago with Studio Calico.

If I remember correctly, this kit also was pretty late to the scene, so most people already ordered their DD supplies elsewhere.

Yup, got my December TN kit today, too. Really fast! Love some of the pieces. Not sure I'll do a DD in the TN size (my DDs tend to be huge), but I'm sure I'll use each piece somewhere.

I think you're right — I remember that, too! I'm so tempted to get that kit b/c I love the chipboard pieces and the die cuts. The stamp is pretty cute, too. <$18 with shipping? Aghhhhhh I don't need more supplies...

I know I'm unusually price sensitive but that still seems like a glitch! Maybe the size of the package has to do with it. I got the DM kit and the embellishment kit, neither of which included any 12x12s, so the shipping was under $3. I feel like she had to have lost money on shipping/packaging at that cost.

I was looking at the card kit with 8.5x11 papers in it. A few weeks ago, I ordered 2 pocket kits, nothing bigger than a 4x6. Shipping was also $10.77 and it arrived in a medium bubble mailer. I'm not hating on gossamer blue at all and like I said, I am super price-sensitive shopper, but the thing about all of these online only stores is that they need to get their shipping costs under control! It's not like that isn't a HUGE part of their business since they don't have a physical location to walk into and purchase.

I just ordered a second kit. I figure that I can sell the stamp (someone was selling it for $8 plus shipping and had about 4 people in line...so I listed my first stamp and will keep the one that comes in my second kit. I love just about every piece of it. The color combination is fantastic. It's an amazing mix of winter and Christmas. Most of the papers can be cut to work for a 4x6 sideways and the vertical ones will cut down to 2 3x4 pretty easily...the off cuts can be used to embellish plainer cards and/or on photos with lots of open space. I think it is a bargain and now because I'm a subscriber, the second one ships free with my kit and there is an extra 10% off coupon code for purchases made between now and the 3rd (I wasn't sure for the price if the kit would make it until today and then since I wasn't due to get the kit until today, I wanted to wait until I could look through it before I ordered another one), so it ends up being $13.50 total. Selling off the extra stamp (if it sells) makes the kit incredibly inexpensive since it should offset most of the cost. Fingers crossed it sells, haha.

I didn't do a DD this year either, sadly, but I will use this kit to try to put together a smallish December-y mini album. It's a great size for a mini with lots of coordinating embellishments, and I think I'll use that giant gold clip to bind it all together. I hate the idea that this is the second year in a row I skip out on DD.

I received my second December Memories kit in the mail today and instead of letting it pile up on my desk waiting to be put away, I decided to cut up the papers while my kids were still napping (2 out of 3 aren't feeling very well and needed the sleep). I cut down 4 designs (8 papers) into vertical 3x4 cards because the designs couldn't be turned easily and then cut the rest into 4x6 cards. I was left with a ton of scraps I intended to use as embellishments down the line only to realize as I was tidying everything up that many of the wide scraps aligned perfectly with the narrow scraps to make 3x4 cards with one small cut (the narrow strips were the entire height of the paper...using 1 strip on 2 cards left me with a half inch square left over). Once I ran out of most of the wider pieces, I sorted all of the remaining scraps and decided to go even further and line up some of the narrow strips to make even more 3x4 cards (these required a bit of trimming on the sides as they ended up a little bit wider than 3 inches). For the sake of making it easy, I grabbed PL grid cards that I've had in my stash forever and hardly use to back most of the scraps. I think the ones with the 6 narrow strips might be my favorites. This kit is just so beautiful! I can't wait to get my December photos printed to use it (I might just go ahead and use it for 2015 December pictures just to be able to start using it right away). 2 1/2 more days in my November project and I'm diving right into using this!! http://instagr.am/p/BO_QpeHh7Dg

I forgot to post, but after they fixed the shipping I ordered the DD kit and embellishment grab bags. The grab bags were great, both totally different and all things I will use and really like. I love the embellishments from the DD kit, I wish she would release a retail line. I would totally buy her papers.

I love the embellishments from the DD kit, I wish she would release a retail line. I would totally buy her papers. I feel like I need about 50 of the wood grain patterns they use. They are consistently my favorite cards every month. I'm always happy when a few elements show up in the digital files, but man, I would love some 12x12 of every single one they've used. I loved every single thing about this DD kit except the paper sizes and I'm so glad I was able to get it for such a deal (I think I said this before, I was holding out for $25, I was baffled as to why she had to drop the price to $15 so quickly...it took until spring last year to mark down the 2015 kit and that was only done down to half off) and then make the papers work better than I had imagined. I enjoyed the 2015 kit but I could just lay out the elements of the 2016 kit and stare for hours and be happy. They did such a fantastic job mixing winter colors with traditional ones (I always find that mix hard to do on my own)...the navy might be what really does it for me, it takes the designs to a whole new level. There isn't much I won't use out of it and most of the things I won't use are the metal pieces, not the exclusive kit elements. I usually do a set kit, collection or at the very least a specific color combination for each spread in my PL with each week being different enough to tell them apart at a glance, but I think all of whichever December in my PL I decide to go with will just be this kit if I can stretch it that far. If I can put a dent in it this month and find myself running low and do want to continue with that, I wouldn't hesitate to buy a third one if they are still around in February. OMG, am I fangirling enough??

I did not need to see this, my Christmas stash is overwhelming but I loved it and bought one and with 2.70 shipping to Alaska it was a steal.
