For me it's DS#2 school albums. He is a HS senior and his albums are no where near done. I'm pretty organized with his pictures and memorabilia, but the mojo isn't there.

The few months that I lived in Oklahoma.
It was pre-scrapbooking for me,but I know I have photos.
It was a very emotional time for me. And I need to actually dig out the photos and make copies of them.
I think when I do it, I will make an 8x8: album, and make it very Oklahoma themed and slightly cheesy.

I have too many to list, but it makes me really happy instead of overwhelmed. I love having projects to look forward to. I love making kits to go with them.
I guess the project I'm most looking forward to is putting the pictures in DD19's college albums so I can start scrapping them at random.
I think the project that overwhelms me is ordering pictures from our family roadtrip in May. It was to NYC, Niagara, the Indiana Dunes and Cleveland. I've printed some pictures, but it's a crazy amount of pictures to go through!

I never finished 2015 Dec Daily and haven't started this year's yet either.
I also never did my wedding album, but I will likely just get a photo book done for that instead of adding another project to the list.

I don't have just one because my goal while I can still scrap is to get all of my own life photos scrapped. While I have done many albums of my own life, I had about 40 years of photos to scrap. So....
I want to update my childhood albums, my wedding album and two branches of family heritage albums. These albums have been started but since then I have obtained many more photos and things that need to be added. It is a project that could be done this year.
I have quite a few periods of time in my adult life I want to scrap, and I think it will be good to work on the years with my husband before children.
My son has a role play hobby with several volumes of albums but I like working on those photos and he has many of them I need to scrap.
My husband and I spent a number of years doing living history and I have wonderful photos and boxes of product I have collected. I think this will be my next multi volume project when I catch up on my photos from the past 6 months. My California project (3 large scrapbooks) is coming to a conclusion that I believe I can finish at a Jan crop.

DD2's baby album. I have all of the photos printed and organized but nothing actually "started". I am adamant that she will have a book just as complete and awesome as her older brother and sister...someday. I just can't get myself motivated to start it.
My DITL is still half way done from last April...just sitting in the corner staring at me and judging me.
I still need to finish the second half of November of this 2016 and catch up from Christmas Day on once we return from vacation, but that is minor. I could knock those out in a few good evenings. Hoping to get my mojo back in 2017!

I was going to say the Jan 2016 road trip album that I scrapped half of...but AmandaA reminded me that DD10's baby album isn't finished either...

DD's baby album. I want it to be perfect so I procrastinate. I posted on another thread that she asked me recently to see her album and I felt bad I had so little done in it, so my goal this year is to fill it up.

By May, I need to have completed an album for our oldest dgs, who will be graduating from high school. I may be simply copying all the pages I have done about him in the past, and then adding some new pages at the beginning and the end. I have a few months to figure it out.
Have not yet started the donkey story book for my dgs who gave me his toy donkey to take on the cruise with me. I have photos of Jack the donkey on trains, planes, ships and boats. I had meant to have the book ready for him by Christmas, but my crafty plans were all shelved for last month. His birthday is in February, so I might get the project done by then.
Other than that, I have the 2016 Fall album to finish, my travel journal to pop in a few photos, and my Winter 16-17 album to get started. Not sure if I will do a separate Christmas album, or if I will simply include the holiday pages in my Winter album. For my Christmas pages, I want to use the Get It Scrapped "Your Christmas Story" prompts.

Absolutely yes for me as well. I have all the stuff in a plastic tub that I keep tripping over but just can't get inspired!

I'd like to finish a few projects this year - I made some good progress on some of these outstanding albums last year and even completed a couple of them. My first priority is to finish my Dec daily and my PL album from last year but I also have an about me album that was a snapshot in time that I'd like to finish this year. I have most of the journaling done and about 14 pages left to complete so it should be achievable.
I'd also like to work on a weekly review album from 2011 that is done to late May. I haven't been digi scrapping much in the last couple of years which is why I think this has been pushed to the back burner but I completed another digi project last year and loved the finished book so would really like to see this one done as well.

How about All of it? I haven't scrapped since my parents passed 4 years ago and seeing that I'm a SLOW scrapper to begin with that leaves pretty much everything to work on. I want to tackle the Christmas thru the years album I had been working on for Mom. I was adding a decade a year and had stopped at the 90's. I also want to tackle all our family trips rather than going back and doing the yearly books I had started. I also want to do a book for DD2 of her acting career. Once these albums are finished I will be able to purge the mound of keepsakes I accumulated to use in these books. Obtainable goal? Nope, but it will be fun.

I have four kids... so I definitely get where you are coming from. I find that if I buy baby themed things, paper & embellishments, it just comes together easier. I often will use the "bath time" 3D sticker as my title, then just add photos of the little ones in the bath, in a towel, etc. PL cards that said "1 Month" "2 Months" etc, were a lifesaver for me. I didn't scrap it in pocket pages, but I used the cards as titles.

Not that it is a valid excuse, but I planned to do a 9x12 which is going to require lots of fusing and modifying of pp's. So far as pocket albums go, it is going to require a lot more thought and planning than a regular 12x12. It seemed like a reasonable plan before she was born. But now, I am just tired and don't want to but do if you kwim.

Maybe just have the layout look like the pocket page you envision but just adhere them onto 9x12 pages? It would free up a lot of your time because there would be no fusing and modifying.

For me, I have way too many projects to list. It would overwhelm me just typing it out. I am a huge procrastinator.
But my big project for this year is to simplify things. One 12x12 full of layouts; no PL, no mini albums, no DITL, WITL, DD or anything that taxed my brain last year and stole my mojo.
Once I get flowing with that, then I will tackle on some unfinished albums.

I have lots of unfinished projects, but made lots of progress in 2016. My only disappointment was that I didn't finish 2014 WITL, it only needs a day or so more work. I will likely finish it up this month.
I find the unfinished projects exciting, not weighty, though, so I love having them!

I need to finish an album for a birthday trip I took to the UK last year. I have my foundation pages made (I posted about that in my Journaling by 5s thread) and I've put together a kit of supplies to use, but it's going to be hard to narrow down the pictures I want to use..I have over 600 from a 4 day trip! I also have a stack of kids' stuff that needs to go into their respective albums, but I just can't muster the enthusiasm. On the plus side, I am completely caught up with my PL for 2016 through Christmas. Considering that I was only up to Easter before the start of Christmas break, I'm pretty proud of myself! I need to print a few more pics and do the journaling for December, and I'll be done!

Glad to know I'm not alone I have old photos I need to reprint from negatives. 1998-2001...both my boys baby pictures...I printed them, but gave away the pics to grandparents etc! And it was pre-scrapbooking for me too. That's a lot of work...finding them...finding a place that prints them...figuring out which ones I need to print (because 3/4 of them are crap off a point and shoot camera!)

I like the idea of having photos to scrap, so those are not the kind of projects that hang over my head (although I do have two vacation albums that I would like to finish this year before I get entirely wrapped up in the most recent vacation photos). The main thing hanging over my head is organizing my scrap space. I was making excellent progress before Christmas, unfortunately during the course of getting ready for the holiday it has become a bit of a dumping ground for all kinds of miscellaneous stuff. If I want to be successful at using my stash and scrapbooking at home getting the space into a useable state is on my must-do list!

December Daily 2011... and December Daily 2016. One is just missing some photos, the other is missing some photos, embellishments and all the journaling...
I won't even put school albums on the list, too overwhelming...

My big project is finally completing the album from when I studied abroad in college over 10 years ago. Some of it is done, all the rest is organized, and I don't know what's stopping me.
Good luck with all the projects out there!

1. My 2015 December Daily album. Pages 1-20 are done... I just need to finish 21-25. Sigh.
2. 2015 WITL. It's about 60% done. January will be the month I finish both projects!!

Oy. I have two weekend crops coming up this month and need to put together some kits to work on. First, I have to decide what to scrap. Since actually finishing several projects I'd been slaving away on forever (yay!), I'm at a loss of which direction I want to go now. Nothing is calling out to me (and there should be, YEARS of pictures are waiting patiently to be attended to). Maybe the post holiday blues and gloomy wet weather have something to do with it. I need to kick it into gear. *sigh*

Pretty much every big project there is. Multiple trips to Disney, including a cruise and a trip when my kid was 4 that had so many magical moments. Multiple trips to Hawaii, including my honeymoon (although that was pre-scrapbooking so the photos are terrible) and a cruise with my mom who is now gone. A trip down south for my nephew's wedding. DD's baby books (I did two 8x8 volumes covering the first six months and wanted to do a total of four). A 25th wedding anniversary party (that's a really big one that I've started and stalled out on). I don't even want to continue because it's making me depressed, LOL.
I have a lot better luck with the quick single layout things, days at the county or state fair, birthday parties, field day at school, first day of school, 4th of July at the lake, random school events.

Creativity related: - I have a pile of professional pictures from my sister that I need to make into an album. It feels important so I want it to come out beautiful but I don't even know where to start with papers or anything. - make a huge assortment of greeting cards...mostly birthday and Christmas.
Organization: -Sell/donate something my cricut expression and all the cartridges -remove my pages from albums which will be stored in a container but then I have to do something with the empty albums
