This is not a current pic, because I'm in the middle of 3 projects, so you can't see the top, LOL, but here it is in use... OMG.....you made me completely switch up my room design! I just placed my order!

Please tell me you love it?!?! I love it. I moved it down a flight of stairs across 4 states and up a flight of stairs. It has such a large top and the open shelves are great for the things you use all the time.

I don't remember where I got this from; ShopKo, Walmart? No way did I pay $729.00 for that table. I'm sure it was under $50.00 ETA: Forgot we got it from a relative, my husband remembered.

I use a custom sized solid core door from Home Depot and it rests on top of 3 Alex drawers from Ikea (with a 2x2 Expedit...new version being the Kallax...at the end and a PL card organizer I designed and had made by Stamp-N-Storage sitting on top of it). It has 2 work areas...one for my computer and one for me to scrap at. On top, I have a closet shelf (also called a melamine shelf) that comes in standard sizes (cut down to fit) resting on top (I use Ikea Capita legs to hold it up) so I have about a 6 inch space for things to fit underneath.

Tables like that usually go on sale pretty inexpensively at places like Target right before Thanksgiving. I got a couple of the fold in half 6' ones at Aldi of all places for about $35 apiece a couple years ago. They're much easier to transport and store.

They are well made. We have a kids picnic table and a slide (no longer made) that will hold up to 150 pounds.

I bought a floor model display kitchen farm table from Kmart for about $50 about 10 years ago. It was a little scratched and dented because it was the display model. It's nice and sturdy. I unscrewed the legs and put in a little wood glue and then rescrewed the legs back on so they will remain sturdy. It's a nice heavy table. I used a black Sharpie to cover some of the scratches on the legs. I bought a chair to go with it. Another scratch and dent floor model. link

I have the Anna Griffin desk from hsn. It does go on sale but not often. I have the drawers and the multi shelf paper holder with the top over them. It did take some effort to assemble it. I did not buy the chair as I like to have wheels. I also got the organizer that sits on top. Not sure Id get that again but I do use it. It is very nice and has held up well.

I have a 4 seater wooden farmhouse dining table with the pine coloured top and the turned white legs. I have used a few different tables and desks over the years but this is by far my favourite and here to stay, it is very sturdy and am yet to do any damage to it unlike others in the past. I can spread all of my stuff around and still have my cutter on the top and not have to shuffle and stack stuff when I am making a layout. I got it second hand from e-bay for a really great price considering how much people were paying for that style of table at the time.

I have an IKEA Linnmon table that runs along one wall - it's 3M long which means I can have my sewing machine at one end, die cutting station in the middle and scrap space at the other end.

My furniture is from World Market and is a kitchen cart and buffet. It doesn't look like its available anymore, but it is more rustic, like wood and metal, industrial style. I love it, but I need more table space and am considering adding another wall mounted counter top.

I have the Target trestle desk and I put two smaller desks on each side creating a U. I love it as I have my big shot on my right side and my paper cutter on my left side

I have a kitchen island that I bought about 8 years ago at Big Lots. It's white with a butcher block top on it. I'm not sure on the specific dimensions, but it has three drawers and a cabinet for storage underneath it. In my dream scrap space, I'd also have a vintage drafting table because sometimes my neck starts to hurt when I go on a crafty marathon, but I'm not sure my current room is big enough. When my son is older, my current craft room might become his bedroom and I might take over his room upstairs, but that's probably 5 years off. If that happens, then maybe.

Because I use a wheelchair I had a hard time finding something that would work for me. I had a white fold-up table like several others have, but the supports for the legs was always getting in the way. So I ended up designing and having a table built for my scrapping.
My table is 54 inches long and 24 inches wide. The top is 31 inches above the floor (high enough to get the wheelchair under). Underneath the top are 3 drawers about 1 1/2 inches deep. I know that doesn't sound like it is deep enough for anything, but my pens, rulers, trimmers, and page kits fit in them perfectly. Even the builder thought I was nuts.
On top of the table I have two sets of drawers (9 inches high, 9 inches wide, and 7 inches deep) that I put adhesives and small embellishments in. Across the top of the set of drawers is a shelf that is 54 inches long and 7 inches wide. I use that shelf to put things so that they are out of the way when I'm scrapping. Underneath the shelf and between the two sets of drawers I have a tension rod that I keep my washi tape on.
Since I'm paralyzed, can't stand, and couldn't go up, I had to get creative with my crafting space. I also have a bookcase that is 12 inches deep with adjustable shelving and a desk with a pull down front (I designed both) that sits by my scrapping table. All of this fits in the corner of my bedroom.

I used to have the project table from pottery barn but I needed less deep space and more horizontal. I also decided I wanted one where I could sit easily and be able to have my boys have a place to sit too. The storage on the side also was not working with the room I had. So I got a long Linnmon table from ikea and i love it so far. I also got 3 sets of Alex drawers- the wide ones - and it fits my space really well and love the new storage I have. This is the table I have: m.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/spr/69929643/

I lucked into a Pottery Barn project table via craigslist for $200. It's pretty large but I am such a messy crafter that I'd actually prefer even MORE workspace. DH is supposed to put casters on it so I can move it around but right now it's at the window. I also got the very big Kallax shelf unit from Ikea. It's much sturdier than the old ones I had from Target and the cubbies are larger. I got 4 of the drawer inserts for the cubbies but have yet to put those together. I have some of the Ikea Kvissle letter trays that fit PERFECTLY into the cubbies and I put some paper punches on them since they're metal and can hold some weight. Punch storage is my big PITA. I have many different brands and sizes. I don't want to use wall space for them because it's ugly. I'd love to find a good way to store my giant Marvy Lever Punches. They're great but so flipping bulky.

Like travelscrapper2 I'm a wheelchair user with very short arms. I've got a table I half-inched from my parents that's about knee height on a standard person, a small wooden table my Dad varnished for me that my Cameo sits on and a bedside table for storage. I just finished organising it all yesterday and it's cleaning day today, so I'll be able to take photos. I love seeing all the desks and storage areas, but know I'd never be able to reach anything if I had anything similar.

I use my Grandma's old dining room table as my main work surface. To my left is one of those rolling storage plastic carts w/ drawers, and a slanted wire paper rack that my mom got for $10 at a garage sale. To my right is a metal cart similar to the Raskog, that I got on Overstock.com. And then under the table is way too much stuff. It all makes a nice U-shape and works for me, but I wouldn't call it pretty

scrapaddict702 , that is an awesome setup! I'm envious, that looks perfect! Aww, you're sweet! Thanks so much. We redid our floors last year and had an awkward wall space removed in order to make it so I could fit a longer desk like this in here. It was a long awaited vision.

I have an IKEA knockoff from target. I love it except it's for these cube/cubbies at my feet under the desk that basically useless. And so old junk piles up there. But the cubes on my work surface hold my paper quite nicely!

I have a 6' table that I sit at and a 4' table on each side of me that I bought at Sam's. Nothing fancy but there's tons of room and it's easy peasy! I have this table as well, but not the 4' tables. My husband built me a customized thing like the Expedit, but each of the 4 columns are 16" wide and deep, but my shelves are all adjustable in height. I have 19 shelves in all.

I always say that I have three hobbies. Shopping for stash, organizing said stash and eventually, somewhere down the line use that stash.
