Do you remember when brads were a thing? I still have buttloads of them in terrifyingly obnoxious colors in my collection! I love brads! I'm too cheap to buy enamel dots unless I can get them on a good sale. I think they do the same job.

Let's see . . .
The first thing that came to my mind was Halloween stuff. I recently scrapped Halloween 2004 and realized that in the coming years, I will only need one Halloween spread and probably only a one-pager at that. I took pictures of my décor, so no need to scrap that every year. My kids stopped Trick-or-Treating in middle school and my husband stopped carving the pumpkin around that time, so yeah. I'm pretty much done in 2011 or so. I have an entire Iris container full of stuff and only 7 years worth of photos to scrap with it.
As I read everyone else's responses, I can say that while it's more guilt than stress, I definitely think I will be six feet under (or at least unable to scrap due to old age) before I use up my mists (never use 'em), sports stuff (just replace the word 'Halloween' in the above paragraph), chipboard & brads (although I still love them dearly and try to use them often).
This is what I get after years of 'saving' things for 'the perfect page'. The perfect page never presented itself and I am left w/all these goodies that I love. <sigh>

I don't get stressed out about what doesn't get used but I would like to put a little more effort into finding ways to use what's been sitting there forever. Like all the ribbon I bought. I looked through it recently and found some really hideous ribbon. Apparently I was buying ribbon just to buy ribbon. I found this tutorial on youtube on how to make some cute bows that aren't too bulky. I'd like to give them a try.

Another one that probably won't be used is all my scrapbook paper for heritage layouts. I want to step outside the box and make more elaborate throw everything on the page like flowers, clock gears, beads, lace,.... I need to start doing something with that stuff. Not stressed, but intimidated on doing something so out of my comfort zone.

I don't think it really stresses me but instead leaves me with a sinking feeling in my stomach and a bit sad. That item would be chipboard. I have so much raw chipboard and it's cousin grungeboard. I have so much...sigh...

Well, I don't know that it stresses me out but I have way too much Halloween, fall and Christmas papers and stickers. My sister and I have decided those 3 are our weaknesses. I haven't had any little kids in our family until this year so I don't know why I have all the Halloween paper. I just seem to gravitate towards it. My grandson was born in January of this year and I also have a bonus grandson so maybe I'll get some of that paper used up. Or buy more!

I must also be your sister because those are my weaknesses as well.

All the lettering...I have enough letter stickers & thickers to write a novel and I just don't see it ever getting used up, ever, in my lifetime unless I actually write a book. I have curtailed buying thickers and mini/tile letter stickers but most collections (which I do buy) almost all come with at a partial sheet of letter stickers. Ugh.

I always feel like I am scrounging for letters, because I use them up faster than I buy them. Although, the Q's are plentiful still.
