The thread about the TH Tiny Attacher and people buying extra boxes of staples had me thinking about my healthy stash and things I have bought to ensure that I have enough until the next ice age. When Basic Grey was going out of business, I bought lots of extra magnets. I have lots of those metal tag frames from Making Memories. They were seriously discounted when a local store was moving years ago.
I'm sure that there are other things as well, but those are the ones that come to mind. Interestingly, I don't do this in my regular life, just my scrappy one! What about you? I have tons of those tags too. After Making Memories folded I found them on clearance at several stores. Lets just say I made those stores happy by taking them off their hands!I have mostly round and square ones. I still use them and when I do I treat them like they are made of gold. I don't know of any other major company that has made them (recently). They are a true artifact! I read the post about the tiny attacher and thought I'm good, I have one and lots of staples. Then I had visions of my 10 year old dd breaking the thing so I went and ordered a back-up and a box of staples. FYI, in case you want to buy more, Tim Holtz does now make a tag press and refills. Looks like it's only for round sizes though.

I have more cardstock than I'll ever use, but that was more by accident than design. I guess maybe I have more ATG tape than I need, but I really hate the thought of running out. I buy 12 boxes at a time. I go through that many boxes in a year easily. I'll also buy them at 50% at Michaels when possible.

wendifful Thanks for the information about the Tim Holtz tag maker. I looked online and Jo-Ann Fabrics has them. Now I don't have to worry so much about using the round ones. Hopefully he will come out with square and rectangle ones.

Albums and page protectors. They are hard to get in Europe at decent prices so I get them on sale when I can.

Since I haven't been scrapping in quite a while, everything is "just in case".

I also have tons of the Making Memories tag rims...Tim Holtz released some circular rims and a press at CHA, but I have not had to buy any since I still have some of the originals. I am not sure if they work in the old MM tag press. It might be worth it to buy a package and check it out. All of this discussion has me very nervous about the Tiny Attacher...I must pick up another box or two of staples. Truthfully, I have plenty of stash...page protectors, divided page protectors, pattern paper, PL cards, adhesive, tools, trimmer blades... SaveSave

I have a lot of supplies because I've been scrapping forever, but the supplies I purposely have a lot of "just in case" are adhesives and my favorite pen. I live about an hour from the nearest craft store (and that's IF the mountain roads are passable) so I don't want to run out of adhesive. I have a drawer full of ATG refills, Tombow roller refills, Hermafix, glue dots, red tape, and now Prima planner glue pens. The other is my favorite pen. I got it in a Cocoa Daisy kit and used it on EVERYTHING. It ran out mid-sentence and I started to go through withdrawal symptoms. Luckily it turned out to be from AliExpress so I order them a dozen at a time now.

Albums and page protectors - both 12x12 and 6x8. I picked up a lot of the Simpke Stories 6x8 albums and protectors on discount at conventions/expos, plus I bought Ali's DD albums on sale.
Also have more Christmas than anyone could dream of using. It's my weakness. But it came in handy this year when I didn't really like many of the lines or DD kits - I had plenty that I over-bought last year that I love!

You know the rules...what pen is it? LOL It's just an inexpensive gel pen, but it generated a lot of buzz at the time - I wasn't the only one who wanted to get more. When asked where more could be purchased, the folks at Cocoa Daisy said it was from a foreign source and unavailable, but I found plenty of them at Ali Express if you're willing to wait a bit for shipping. Albums. But the weird thing is I don't buy the page protectors, I guess page protectors aren't a *fun* purchase so I put off buying them. But the way things get discontinued I really should stock up. I just realized the other day that I am doing this. I also need page protectors LOL. I also have tons of adhesive and way too many project life cards because of course they will never make another cute set lol. I honestly have way to many of most supplies but these seem to be the things I really stocked up on. Oh I also have way too many stamps many of which I have never used. I am finding that I am using my Elle's studio ones but need to start using the pocket cards from her.

I can't think of anything. I do need to start hoarding divided sheet protectors. Certain designs are hard to find now. I only use Design A or any design that can be modified to fit that design. I have tons of the others that i will never use. If you tell me which designs you prefer i'll pop them in the mail to you, FREE! 😁

I always seem to have a healthy stash of Disney products. I use them, but I guess I buy enough to offset my usage. I will usually buy adhesive refills with my Michael's coupons so I generally have extras on hand. If I notice I'm getting low I make a point to stop in and buy some for a couple of weeks in a row.

I have tons of Making Memories rub-ons. Tons. Love them.
But I also stock a lot of black cardstock and white cardstock. I probably have 150 sheets of each. But sometimes when I work on an album, every layout uses the same base color, black or white. This happens for many of my books.

Are they colored ink or black? I can't tell from the description. Just plain old black ink. I know, it's kind of misleading - the barrels are slightly different rainbow colors, not the ink.

How did I miss this thread last week? Like everyone else, I have way too much of a lot of stuff, but if we're talking things I bought a lot of specifically because I was afraid they'd stop making them, I'd have to say replacement blades for the Slice & Bazill's Ivy textured cardstock. Best green ever. Ever.

Adhesive is definitely the one thing I stock up on. I also keep a healthy supply of enamel dots and white cardstock. I try to stock up on tags as well but have started making some myself with a TH die. I did stock up on 9x12 albums from SC made by AC when they went on sale through one of the discount sites and I bought a bunch of protectors. I buy the SC 9x12 ones now from their shop. I buy when they have a sale and will probably stock up whenever they next have a specific sale on albums..
I have a ton of other things but those are my main ones. For those needing 12x12 page protectors, I like the ones from Umbrella Crafts. I get them at scrapbook.com and they seem identical to WRMK. I am not sure if they have divided ones or not though....

Like everyone else, I have lots of supplies just bought because they're pretty or a good deal such, but there is definitely a few I buy to have extra on hand. Adhesives - all types- atg tape, dimensional adhesive, glossy accents, glue dots, xyron refills. Fiskar replacement blades. Scissors. now TH tiny attacher staples. And even though I've only used it maybe twice, several different sizes of coils. I also have a good supply of PL styled page protectors, probably because I don't use them that often.
