Alex was obnoxious from the time Jason said he wasn't using the veto. When she said "He did exactly what I told him not to do!", I wanted to smack her. I'm so tired of how impressed she is with herself. Of everyone left, she's the last one I want to win.
Josh lost his shit on Kevin over the swimming thing...not sure why he escalated that like he did.
I hate the mob mentality that the house gets. When they decide to target someone, they all suddenly turn, and it can get vicious.
I think I'd like the final 2 to come down to Paul & Christmas or maybe Kevin. I had liked Jason okay, but how he handled himself in the last episode was awful. He flat out lied right to Raven's face about the veto in front of everyone. Not cool.

I heard something disturbing about Jason but hope it was taken out of context. I don't want to Google it as I don't want spoilers. Maybe someone who watches the live feeds can clarify. Jason said he would rape Kevin's wife and tie up his children to make them watch. While I'm sure it was said in jest, rape is no laughing matter.

Putting in some minor information in spoilers Apparently they were all having a discussion about what was the worst thing you could do To someone else in the house. It clearly was awful, but not as bad as that isolated clip makes it appear.

.... And I think Kevin is hiding A LOT. What do you think Kevin is hiding? I agree, the way Kevin said "little girl" was strange but I didn't get it. Why was he referring to Raven as a little girl? I think he's playing a part when it comes to BB in general. He doesn't know past players, past winners, the way the game goes...he can't remember names of people he's living with 24/7 for weeks on end. I don't buy it. He's playing the part of a doddering old guy to help him fly under the radar and not be taken seriously. And it has been working for him. But where he used to get lost in the crowd, his actions are much more noticeable now - who he talks to and when he talks to them, etc. People don't tell the truth (often) about their real life outside the house. He's supposed to be a stay-at-home-dad - a wife and a bunch of kids in the Boston area (I think Boston). I think the SAHD stuff is probably intentionally misleading. It's probably like a 'seed of truth' situation - accurate for the moment. He's creating the impression of someone he thinks is unthreatening without giving a lot of real information. He's a harmless joker with weird advice, who sleeps covered in plastic wrap. Or- that's what he wants them to believe. I think he's probably a superfan. I think maybe he's former LE, and I think he can claim being a SAHD because whatever he does now, doesn't have regular hours. Whatever he is in real life, would not allow him to fly under the radar as a non-threat with the other HG. Maybe I'm way off base re: what he is, but I'd be willing to bet he's not just the goofy old SAHD he says he is. Remember when Vanessa came out with her 'bombshell' on the finale that she's a professional poker player who has 'won millions' - and almost everyone just looked at her like "Uh huh. So?" There are always a handful of people who act like James Bond - like their real job would put them in peril - so they hide it. Sometimes I get it- but other times, it's just hilarious. With Kevin - I think he has very carefully created a persona that addressed mistakes of past contestants- young and older. He's the lone old guy, but he's harmless and fun to have around. He's a little funky, he says weird stuff, he's clueless about the game- nothing to see here! He's got the 'Who me?" expression nailed. He stutters believably when confronted. I just think it's all an act.

I have noticed that when he does his diary room talks he tends to look down and not at the camera. He seems very introverted or has trouble having any attention.

Kevin isn't that old, but he acts like an old fogie sometimes. I haven't watched prior seasons, but I still can't understand why Paul wasn't voted out the first week he showed up? Clearly you wouldn't want a runner up in the house.

Clearly you wouldn't want a runner up in the house. Paul came into the house with safety and 8 friendship bracelets that he could give to other HG to protect them from nomination the first week so that made everyone suck up to him instead of seeing him as a threat. Then he went on to win the first Temptation (based on fan votes) and received 3 weeks immunity. Cody did put Paul up as a replacement nominee when Alex won Veto and took herself down and that is when everyone found out he was protected. Three weeks was insane and allowed him the time needed to convince enough HG to work with him. SaveSaveSaveSave

Josh is the first one to finally understand what Paul is doing. I almost feel sorry for him because Christmas won't listen to him.
That Veto Comp was hilarious. No way would I have been able to remember the sequences. I am so tired of Raven's cheerleader kick. And showing her pacemaker off was weird.

I totally agree about Raven....if I was in the house with her, those kicks and cartwheels would get so old and annoying super fast! I don't know what Matt saw in her...she acts like a 14 year old who is trying out for the cheerleading squad...all the time! I also think Kevin acts like and old fogie - he is only 55 but he acts like he doesn't know about those new fangled gadgets and such Josh is the only one that seems to have Paul's number, yet he still goes along with it because Christmas tells him too. Loved Bobby M's comments in the diary room....too funny!

This show has just become so difficult to watch. I'm really rooting for no one. Well, I'm kind of rooting for Alex because my dd has her in the pool. Can't stand her as a person though. It's a shame too because I really liked her at first--strong, sassy, funny (love the brother/sister relationship she has with Jason and all of the scaring she does in the house), but she's a mean girl. So disappointing. Paul's ride in this house reminds me of Boston Rob when he won Survivor. If the producers bring back someone they like and surround them with enough stupid people, they will actually win. It's infuriating to watch.
My favorite was the episode where they all threw HoH to Christmas. Each person talked in the diary room about how stupid other people were for doing it, fully not seeing how everything they were saying applied to themselves as well. Josh is the only meatball who is catching on to Paul's game. He's so busy congratulating himself though, but doesn't realize he's only there because Paul decided for him to be there. And that the only reason Paul decided that(I really think he likes Alex more and would rather play with her) is that he thinks Jiah is useless enough that Paul could beat him in the end. And he definitely can and will.
Paul has been so good at this game that I wish I could like him and want him to win. I'm so turned off though by his smugness (the same thing I couldn't stand about Boston Rob) and especially how instrumental he was in encouraging and orchestrating the bullying. I HATED that.

Still not a fan of Rob. I have a feeling he is a swell guy to his friends and family. His love for Amber is sweet and he gives every indication of being a loving and dedicated husband and father to his four adorable girls. I don't think he's a monster or anything, just like I don't think Paul is either, but they both annoy the crap out of me. Those really smug types have never been my cup of tea. I didn't like the way Rib talked about and treated people on the show, especially women (though not Amber). I remember him and his buddy making nasty, sexist remarks his first season. I remember when he was on Amazing Race, he was the only team that didn't stop to make sure everyone was okay when one team flipped their vehicle over in the desert. One of the guides was clearly hurt. I remember when they were racing through India, there was a task where he was getting kids in the street to help him. He yanked one of the kids by the shirt and pulled him over to help and then mugged to the camera "It's so hard to find cheap help in India." Just not a fan...still.

Since we have Josh in the Pea Pool I'd also be okay with him winning.

I agree - it does feel unfinished - I especially would like to hear more from the folks that were evicted and were able to watch all season at home to see what they have to say. I would like follow ups on some of the people after the season is completed. I always said that I wished they would do a season where they invited everyone that was the first person evicted from their season - since they didn't get to play....give them all another chance.

Of course, with a double eviction, I don't think there will be much time for anything other than playing the game.

I don't think they would tell Josh about the hurricane unless something happened to his family, after the hurricane hits. i remember after 9/11, there was a female player from NYC in the house and Julie did tell her about the attacks on the air. I can't remember the details though.

He doesn't come across as an ass in those but instead is like "how is this happening???" (Which is what *I* keep thinking too). So I do appreciate that about him. What I really, really don't like is how much he participated in and really engineered and encouraged the over-the-top bullying. That bothers me A LOT. I cannot get past that with him.

I know people say this every year and I always give them an eye roll, but this really is the worst season of BB I've ever watched
Christmas and Josh just voted out Alexs "ride or die". She wins hoh and puts up the 2 weakest players in the house. What the hell. Those are 2 you want to sit at the end with!! Why didn't she put up Christmas or josh??
Then josh, he knows paul is running the house. They don't have much time left. Put him up!! He could have made a big speech and possibly rallied the votes

Yes, Alex is the biggest disappointment of all. She seems so strong and smart and I agree, she wins this PIVOTAL HoH and she has a chance to really DO something, and she nominates the two weakest players in the game. What an idiot. She doesn't even go the revenge route. Goodbye next week Alex.

I'm really hoping Paul overplayed to the point of a bitter jury. His good-bye message to Jason after Josh's made it clear which one is manipulating and which one had honest emotion. I would love this to be a Russell Hanz type ending where Paul is so confident and then blindsided that people would rather give the win to whoever is sitting next to him. Getting rid of Raven tonight might have sealed it for him because I think she is the only one that he could 100% beat. Anyone left has people on the jury that could vote for them over Paul. My fingers are crossed. SaveSave

I agree....I just knew Alex would put up Christmas and Josh for revenge on sending Jason home....poor Jason, he was shell shocked. Yet, she puts up the weak players and sends home Raven? She has never been a threat. Dumb move!
Of all people, I admire Josh for sticking to his guns and voting out Jason - the strong player when it was clear after the vote that Paul's plan was to send home Kevin - he seemed really ticked that he voted out Jason....I was hoping they finally wised up and when Josh won veto, he'd take one off and put up Paul...even Paul seemed nervous but he didn't do that...I guess because Alex didn't want him too.
I was excited to hear that they are going to have a Celebrity Big Brother...hope it is "real" celebrities we know and not a lot of D-listers as they often have on DWTS - usually I only know about a third of the DWTS cast - hope that isn't the case with Celebrity Big Brother.

But he cried and carried on over every little thing that happened, and I think no one really takes his thoughts seriously any more. I agree Paul definitely deserves to win. He has outplayed and manipulated everyone on the show. If I were on jury, even knowing he manipulated me, I'd vote for him over anyone else because he deserves to win it.
