Hello Refupeas,
FULL DISCLOSURE: I am a new personal stylist for Ruby Ribbon.
I am a long time pea (both on 2 peas and here at refupeas) and over the years have participated and/or viewed discussions on bras, where we discussed proper bra fittings, brand recommendations, etc. I am someone who got fitted regularly at Nordstrom's and wore the Wacoal brand of bras.
Recently, I was introduced to a product that changed my life. The Ruby Ribbon line of shapewear. I was so pleased with the results, after saying bye-bye to my bra and replacing it with a cami that I was showing all of my friends my boobies. My friends started purchasing the camis too and were referring others to the shapewear. I loved my Ruby Ribbon so much and was telling everyone about it, so I finally decided to become a Ruby Ribbon personal stylist.
I promise not to spam the NSBR or create more posts about the products I am selling but did want to let anyone here looking for bra/shapewear recommendations to know about Ruby Ribbon Shapewear products.
The before and after picture below is me. Before with bra. After, no bra, just a Ruby Ribbon cami. I'll never go back to wearing bras.

Isn't that really hot to wear in this heat? Seems the last thing I would want would be something stuck to me like that. Your before and after pics are amazing though.

No, amazingly it isn't hot at all. The fabric wicks all the moisture away from your skin. I wear mine in all weather and remain comfortable.
My friend just returned from a cruise in the Mediterranean where the temperatures were quite high. She wore her RR camis and was comfortable the entire trip. She loves her RR camis too and has referred multiple people to me.
Ruby Ribbon camis also have 360 degree variable compression, unlike the other namebrand shapewear, with one-way compression that made me feel like a sausage when I wore it.

I'm always extremely hot. How do you think this would work for someone like me who can't even do layered tops?

i went to the website and damn, $70 for a cami??? To me, that price is a bargain. I spent around that amount on my bras. Quality bras aren't inexpensive. The cami replaces your bra and is also shapewear.
Some of my larger breasted women spend waaaayyyyyyyyy more on their bras. One of my customers is a 36 H cup. Her bras were from a specialty shop and over $100 each. The cami is more comfortable and less expensive than her bras. She has said bye bye bra.

Thus far, all of my customers love the camis but I know the day will come when someone will prefer the fit/feel of their bra over the camis.

It looks interesting. I hate my big boobs. I HATE them. I don't necessarily need shapewear, but I'm sure my shape wouldn't mind. What about - ahem - going to the bathroom? And I'm guessing that you can't wear it more than once, right? Anything that close to your woo-hoo is not going to smell great.

Interesting. I wore nursing tanks for about 3 years straight when my 2nd son was born, so the idea of wearing the 2nd layer all of the time isn't really new or worrisome to me, despite being someone who is often too warm.

I'm curious how the cami can fit cup sizes ranging from a B to an H?

The camis are separate from the briefs, but in the catalog/photos they pair the cami with shaping briefs in the same color so they often get mistaken as one piece body suits. It is a common misperception.

Speaking as someone who truly hates bras, I wish you much success. I wore one of my old bras the other day while washing all of my camis. Oh. my. God. I didn't realize how much shifting and moving and adjusting I was doing with my bras throughout the day prior to becoming a cami wearer. It was agonizing day. lol! The wires on bras are truly awful. Once you go cami, you won't want to go back.

So hawking your MLM on here is now ok? I have been here for a loooooooonnnnnnnnnggggggggg time and have seen plenty of periodic threads where other members, like myself, tell the peas what business they are in. I am not going to spam the members. And the bra subject is one that has been discussed many times so I thought some peas might be interested.
And as I mentioned, this will be the one and only thread on NSBR that I ever start on the Ruby Ribbon topic. Later, if someone thinks to look it up or ask me about, I will respond.
Ok?

Not with me, but it's up to admin if selling is allowed on here. MLMs are exploitative businesses that over 99% of people lose money in. I'm sorry you're caught up in one.

I'm curious how the cami can fit cup sizes ranging from a B to an H? It's magic. I'm not being flippant. Truly, it is. The band size is the first measurement used to determine cami size. For women with a larger cup size, we go up a size in cami.
Lots of women take before/after photos because they are amazed at the fit and that they can really say goodbye to their bra.

I love wearing a cami most days -- and I hate bras -- thank you for the link!
(and I think it is totally OK to post something once about an awesome product you are selling --- most of us love hearing about new things and can discern for ourselves if it is something we may benefit from)

I sent you a message. Thanks for reminding me about these cami's. I saw them at a boutique but wasn't going to strip in a huge public room to try one on. LOL

I'm so glad you clarified that. I looked at the site and thought the same thing. I drink a lot of water and consequently pee a lot, and the thought of having on a one piece item that needed to be undone to pee, no way! I like that it is a separate piece. Do we need to buy the matching panties to it or will they also cling to the type we currently wear? I just bought a bunch of underwear and I would like to get some use out of it. I wouldn't mind a pair or two that matched, but since no one sees my underwear these days, I'm not picky enough to need matching all the time anymore. So we figure out our measurements and go from there? Since I am home almost all the time now, it is so frustrating to have to put a bra on to go out. I detest the darned things. And now that I don't have that annoying renter, I can be braless all over the house. But being braless and actually supported, and being able to go out of the house like that would be awesome! I am interested and will be looking over my expenses for the month. SaveSave

The bottoms of the camis have an invisible gripper edge, to help it stay put. The grippers work better and will last longer when worn against the skin. There are some people who prefer the cami over their undies but they were designed to be worn under.
