Every once in a while someone starts a thread about "what have you purchased but never used". I never play along because I figured that I've used everything I've ever purchased, at least a few times. Then today I was cleaning off the big bulletin board that hangs above my scrappin' desk... and discovered, under a pile of papers, the Bo Bunny Flexible Ruler. Does anybody remember those? I'm not sure if they are available any more. They were pink, and were curled up in to a cute little package that looked like a purse. So, so adorable. So, so fun to take out and twist, curl, straighten and curl again. So, so have never - not once - done anything remotely useful with it. EDITED TO ADD: Hmmm, I guess they DO still sell them! Bo Bunny Flex Ruler (Or maybe not... I see now that it is discontinued...).

WRMK Envelope score board. I worked at Archiver's when they first came out. I demoed and sold that thing to hundreds of people. I HAD to have it. Never, not once, used it. Sold it a few weeks ago.

EDITED TO ADD: Hmmm, I guess they DO still sell them! Bo Bunny Flex Ruler (Or maybe not... I see now that it is discontinued...). You can still find those in an art store. They were used a lot for drafting. I have a Teresa Collins stamp maker. I had grand plans to make my own stamps and stencils. I waited and waited and finally found it on sale. Never took the thing out of the box. Still have it. Maybe it is time for it to go.

I have that ruler! I have used it twice. Both times right after I bought it.
I purchased the Tim Holtz stapler and have never used it. Mostly because I sat it on my desk and never saw it again. I am afraid it fell into the garbage bin and is long gone.

Really? I use that thing all the time. Every time I make a card, I also make an envelope to match. Love it! When I got my Silhouette Cameo, I figured I'd stop using the score board and just have the Silhouette cut them out for me. Nope, it's much more satisfying to use the score board.

I think I used the Bo Bunny flexible ruler once. I think I may have donated it.
I used the WRMK envelope score board once. I pretty much forgot about it! I need to try to use it.

My tiny attacher--never been used
Envelope punch board--never been used -- but I did not buy it. my SIL is a SU rep and she gave it to me for Christmas one year.
The extended platform for my bigshot -- never used -- my mom wanted something to get for me when she went to Florida. Now I have the big shot plus so no real need for it. I have tried to give it to two friends and they have no need for it. I'm thinking its going in the yard sale bin..

I only used the Fuse to try it out when I first bought it but I have never used it for anything on a project. Same for the minc & foiling.

I used that bendy ruler a few times right after acquisition, but it rests in my tool drawer now.
The envelope punch board I have used quite a bit. Several of its cousins are still in their packages. Anyone need me to punch them some cool party bags?
the Fuse I have used a bit, but never getting quite the results I wanted. There is another heat tool sitting on my desk. I got it to apply foil, but can't get it to work right either.

Like usual, I went completely overboard and bought the Minc and all of the pretty foils, accessories, etc. I made exactly one gift tag with it (and a pretty tag it was!) and then set the whole shebang aside. Several months later my college DD was hanging out in my scrapbook room talking to me and started playing with it. She loved it so much that it all went back to college with her. She is a serious Planner-person so she does, uh, "Planner-Stuff" with it.

I have a Minc and have, regrettably, never used it. I have foil, I have some of the pre-made Minc embellishments, and I have access to a laser printer...I even like the look of foil. I think the problem is that it isn't unpacked and ready to go so it is a hassle to actually foil the embellishments. I should make a point of setting it up this weekend and make some to have on hand to see if that is a more successful strategy to actually making use of it!

Maybe we should challenge each other to make a couple of things then share them here by this time next week.

LOL Last night I got my usual phone call from my 80 year old mom... you know, the one where you just do a lot of listening and an occasional "oh yeah" or "hmmm..." Anyway, I sat and fiddled with the ruler while Mom was gabbing away. I really don't think that I'll probably ever use it on a scrapbook page, but who knows... it was fun to curl and uncurl.

Hmm, maybe it's a sign that I opened up this thread right now because I was just obsessing over Instagram photos of people's Tuesday Morning hauls, with the Minc for $30 only! Sigh. I feel like I'd be ok with paying that price even if it didn't get used every week.
I don't use my Fuse took all that frequently, mostly because I'm not very good at using it.

What paper/cardstock works best for the envelope punch board in your opinion? Nothing too horribly thick because of the creases. Here are the envies I made for my son's birthday invites. As you can see I used lots of old stash papers from SEI, Scenic Route, Reminisce, KI Memories etc.

At least you knew it was a flex ruler. I had absolutely no idea what it was when I found it in a drawer during a giant purge a few years ago. Then about a year ago someone here mentioned it and I thought, "that's what that thing was".
Ten or so years ago I bought the Perfect Layers tool. I used it once and decided it was too cumbersome and time consuming so I went back to eyeballing my frames. If I really need it to be perfect I use my nesting dies.

I haven't even opened my Fuse. I know there are some good ideas on what to use it for, but it hasn't risen very high on my curiosity meter yet. The learning curve seems intimidating, and what if I burn myself? I'll open it one of these days...

I've been using 65lb cardstock because I have way too much of it, but I think it's too thick... Will look for thinner paper.

I also never used my Copic markers and gave them to amblet. I didn't like colouring with other pens and this was just more work. I hated colouring in fact!

I have never used , nor have I even opened my fuse tool , and my mind. I have almost all the foils. I Maslow have all her die cuts that you use with the fuse. I also never used my Martha Stewart scoring board. Oh and about 95% of my mist and inks I have bought ( and I have tons of them ) I use my gold color shine, black ink and brown

Perfect layers...I use for every layout. I've worn out one set...on my second. I mat almost every single pic and I can't make a mat without it!
