Thank you for sharing scrapnnana. That was very helpful. I am still leaning towards the Scan n Cut. I would be able to like to cut out patterns that are native from Cricut's digital library. I forgot that I just couldn't put in one of my own patterns that I own and already use it. I don't want to buy my patterns twice. Scan n Cut I can scan and cut my patterns. I think that is a better fit for me. I have a feeling that we are going to see blades coming out for other machines. I think the Cricut Maker, for the most part, is a patient wait and game to see what is going to happen with it and how the other companies are going to follow suit.

Hi guys - new to this 2Peas - but was a member of the old version - and I missed hearing feedback on new gadgets. Now I am a Cameo gal - but have a quilting friend who uses Cameo and Cricuit (other versions) and is thinking about getting the Cricuit Maker. Anyone using it yet? And are we allowed to find out if anyone has news on the Oct 3rd show on HSN - where the Cricuit Maker is the TSV? I remember on the old 2Peas - some members got early links to the QVC/HSN TSV stuff - and would share. Do you guys get to do that also? Anyway - any info would be great and will share with friend (I am retired - she has a job - so doesn't play as much on the PC )
